The hotel was nice and we got the nice two bedroom setup so our kids were in one room while we were in the other. Has a mini-fridge. The area around the hotel is busy, noisy and dirty. We did not spend much time walking around. It was convenient for our Pompeii tour and it met our needs for that purpose.

The property was well run and the room facilities were good with tea maker bath and shower and a good size. The room was very stuffy and the a/c had been turned off so the only solution was to open the window and let in the light, noise and pollution. The area around the hotel is unpleasant with lots of rubbish poverty and dreadful traffic Crossing the road is terrifying. Getting back inside the hotel was a huge relief! Stay in another area if you can afford it.

Extremely dangerous area. Staff extemely rude screaming at my family and they didnt even make our beds.

Hotel itself was good close to the train station and subway. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but I didn’t see anything that was a real concern

Access to hotel from the train station is just a couple of minute walk. It was dirty neighborhood and felt unsafe.
We stayed in 2 rooms. Both rooms were clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They speak English fluently.
We liked the hotel and rooms.

This hotel is a great location, near to the main train station.
The family room we had was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help with any queries.
The only issue we had was that the immediate surrounding area of the hotel was very dirty. There was litter everywhere and quite an unpleasant smell in some areas.
This is not a hotel issue but it is a real shame that such a nice hotel is located in such a dirty area.

Not a great tourist area, limited public transportation, limited dining options within walking distance. Breakfast is NOT included, although it is only 12 Euro, it is a very dynamic breakfast, they had crepes on the buffet.

Air conditioning did not work and front office just blew us away saying it’s Saturday and no one available to fix it. Hotel is old and tired. Didn’t offer any compensation for lack of AC.

We arrive on April 22th 2023,( booked for 5 nights that were nightmares) got our room but guess what? IT was so hot so I turned on the AC and after 30 min the temperature was the same. Called reseption and they said some one will come to check ot out, after 30 min I called once again and they told me the wont do nothing about it couse they dont use the AC in that month and I have to wait till May 1 to be allow to use it 😡😡 I told them, on my reservation clearly states you have AC. But their respond was open the windows ( that were secureted locked ) and wait another hour for some one to come and unlock them to be open and have some fresh air. The reception personal, I feel bad for them, they are not frendly, long faces all time ( at least the 2 I met ) The area around feels unsafe but it maybe is cause its an old city and problably the area has not been well maintained. But well, there are lots of properties ti try out next time.

No A/C hot in nights. Not working towel warmer. Not separate shower from bathtube. Slippery and dangerous. My wife slipped and hurt herself.

Clean, just as the photos, the area around the property is really convenient because you’re next the train and metro stations even though you need to be careful at night

They gave me a dirty room with poop in the toilet. It was disgusting! The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. The window fell on me when I opened it. Luckily I was able to grab it, push it back and lock it. I don't recommend this hotel

Good location, near Central station, subway station - convenient to get to airport buses. Unfortunately the air-conditioner in the room was not working.

We had a very good time. we were 8 guests in 3 rooms. location was comfortable, breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Hotel did not have any working Air conditioning. No fans to provide to the rooms. The room at 1am in the morning was at 28C. The hotel front desk can see that it was very hot in the room.
Do not stay at this hotel, worst ever and they charge like they are 4 stars but it is a 0 star facility

Good location for exploring by metro and go out by car. Spacious rooms and amenities, but needs a facelift and refurbishing. Restaurant food was good

The location to the train station was good and the hotel was fine, being remodeled. We felt very unsafe walking around so we stayed there until it was time to sail.

We booked a quadruple room for 4 and received a room w king bed and 1 single bed. Worked out and staff was apologetic and took car of the parking garage fees instead. Staff at hotel was great. Room clean. Hallway carpetting little dated and worn but room bath was clean. Very convenient to airport and good for 1 night stay. Right around corner come train station. It is Naples and very dirty and can get sketchy. Overal would stay again for the 2 night stay.

The service was great. Front desk and breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. They were able to move my wife & I to a room with a King bed after my blunder of booking a room with 3 twin beds. Lovely hotel with a lockable parking garage so the car stayed safe at night. Only "negative" I can say (that may also be a benefit) is that it is right behind the central train station. So the "traffic" outside may be a bit rough for some people. We did not have any issues with train noise during the night.
Overall: Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great location next to Napoli Centrali and the Metro. I could see why other people have commented on the neighborhood it is located in, but at no time did I feel unsafe and I walked all over the city as the Metro was down most of my stay.

I stay in the hotel for one night before an early flight. The most important reason why I choose this hotel is because it is within 5 minutes walk to the Alibus stop. The room size is very good. It is clean and comfortable. The service at the check in and check out is standard. I do not opt for breakfast.

We spent a couple of days in Napoli after spending time with family near by. The hotel is in a convenient location but the area is pretty rough. The staff were fantastic though, the food was great and the hotel well run. Id definitely stay again.
