We are just minutes from FAST Water and seconds away from Basketball, Tennis courts and a large park with playground! Perfect for a weekend getaway or a long eventful stay. Either way, this is a home for making cherished memories. Recently updated, our fully furnished luxury 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home features stunning water views with floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light, perfect for sipping a cup of coffee while enjoying the sun rise. The large eastern exposed decks are great for those hot summer days offering a reprieve from the afternoon sun and wind where you and your family can enjoy the outdoor bar and BBQ. After a fun filled day on the water jet skiing, boating or just playing in the water come inside and relax in comfort. Our spacious Family room boasts high vaulted ceilings and plush sofas to relax in front of the fireplace and recount wonderful experiences. Upstairs we have an entertainment room with TV/Cable/AppleTV and plenty of games to keep everybody entertained. For those who like to cook, we have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and elegant granite countertops, and a large dining room with enough seating for everybody! After dinner, enjoy our patio fire pit with a glass of wine or relax in the Jacuzzi while watching water. Additionally, each of the 3 bedrooms have plush pillow top mattresses that feel like sleeping on a cloud where you can rest and do it all again the next day! We enjoyed every second in this home! The kids were busy jumping off the dock, kayaking and fishing all day! At night the tv room/loft was a perfect spot for them while the adults enjoyed the back patio and sunset. Our family of 6 (and 2 nieces) fit very comfortably. Comfortable beds and couches. Very easy for entertaining. We can’t wait to come back! Also, the host was fantastic and very responsive to our questions.

We stayed for a week with family members. All 7 are above the age of 21. The house was perfect for us. Two sisters shared a bed in one room, another sister slept on the pull out bed from the couch in the entertainment room. Worked perfect. The master bed was comfortable. The second bedroom had a comfortable bed also. The house lay-out was perfect for our group. One large dinning table we used for all dinners and one good size table in the breakfast nook helped with various coming and goings early in the morning. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes, pots and pans. Some a little old and should be replaced but served the purpose. Refrigerator is big and held all our food. There is a designated bar area which was nice for each person to make individual drinks whenever. The backside patio is a great size for lounging around and/or playing games as a group. The only surprise was there is artifical turf on the patio unlike the VRBO photos. The turf is very hot so you need your sandles all the time. The boat dock handled two boats easily. It was very convenient for going skiing in the mornings because the house is located very close to fast water. We didn't use the fireplace. We found the stero and TV systems confusing. We used the dishwasher every night because we needed the dishes for the next day. Washer/dryer/dishwasher all worked well. The hot tub was used by our younger adults and they enjoyed it. We will rent this house again.

What a great home on Discovery Bay. Great big deck with a great BBQ area. Short ride to fast water…if you are coming to disco bay for water sports…location is key. Great location.

Overall we had a nice relaxing 4 nights at this property. You cannot beat the views and the home appearance was very nice inside. Complaints: 1) Given the high price I didn’t expect to have to run to the store to buy dishwashing soap. 2) The dishwasher was completely full when we arrived. Which is not acceptable in my book. 3). The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and I believe it is because the dishwasher is broken - they still should not have left it completely full of dishes. Period. 4) Even after I had asked the owner prior to booking if the jacuzzi was available/working (he said yes). Unfortunately I should have asked if it would be cleaned prior to our arrival. It was too dirty to use. 5) The master bathroom had liquid soap container that was (my guess) completely empty and instead of putting a new one they decided to fill it with water instead. Once again- come on…..for the price you are changing please it is just the little things that make a difference. Just buy a new container. 6) Be prepared to wait anywhere from several hours to sometime the next day to get an answer to your questions. I even texted the owner/property manager and he never responded to me at all.

I booked my stay within 24 hours of arrival due to some last minute travel changes and the owner was kind enough to confirm and the cleaning crew was able to have this beautiful home ready in time. My family enjoyed the view, the home, everything. The host was extremely accommodating. I worked in the home office area while I was there. My family is already talking about renting a house together again next year. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!!!!

Location was fantastic, so close to fast water! Quiet sunrises & enchanting moon rises! Plenty of afternoon shade on the large deck. Spacious house with plenty of room for all activities - sleeping & relaxing!

The house was great for our purpose. We loved the loft and the large deck. The jacuzzi was dirty and not cleaned between each guest as indicated. This is one of the primary reasons we chose this house so that was a bummer. Our message to manager regarding this was never answered. Plan on bringing all the necessities like papertowels, dish soap, salt pepper- there are no kitchen pantry items. There are Lots of pots pans, blenders and even a kitchen aid. Stove, double ovens and grill are all top of the line and worked great as we cooked ever meal. Dock was good- you could easily fit 2 boats if not 3. There were schools of bass every morning right off the dock to catch. Super close to fast water and not far from launch ramp.

Super location. The deck needs some work many cracked tiles. Jacuzzi and one outside refrigerator was not working. Kitchen was great and house nice inside.

The house was great with all updated appliances, Smart TV's, and Sonos speakers throughout the house. The outside deck was large and great for hosting a get-together. Plenty of dock space for a few boats if needed. The house was much larger in person than how it appeared in the photos which was a great surprise.
