Due to a winter storm we could not make it to our destination. Tried to work with Hotels.com to work a voucher or any type of compensation but this hotel told them they couldn't help us. They took $500 for 2 days and we couldn't make it due to a weather issues. Don't recommend!

Sadly, we were only there for a night, but really like the room. We had an upper floor room with one bed in a loft and a Murphy bed downstairs. Really great. Next time we promise to try the pool, game room, bar area, etc.

The front burner in the stove was broken. Tv not working. Kitchen appliances very outdated. Pool definitely not heated as advertised. Other than that. Fun stay with family.

The building needs a little bit of work, but the staff was great and it was clean.

We were very happy with our stay. Simple changes that could be made to the room would make a big difference. Room fresheners since the room we were in a room that had a stove & the room smelled of fried food. Full size pillows would have been nice. The carpet was looking rather old. For the price we paid we still enjoyed our stay.

The property is OK. It's an older property and could use a little more TLC but the STAFF WAS FANTASTIC! I made a mistake in my booking, and they were awesome. I could tell they just wanted to help me in any way they could, and they really came through. I can't thank them enough.

We rented through Expedia. It is an individually owned condo, so I imagine there’s a lot of variation between units. Ours was spacious, with a Murphy bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the Murphy bed was OK. The kitchen was well stocked, which I appreciated, it had everything you needed to actually use the kitchen. There were some thoughtful touches. It was on the ground floor and the walls and ceiling were very thin so you have to hope for quiet neighbors and nobody doing anything in the parking lot. I am kind of sensitive to noise though, it might not bother other people. It was clean , a bit old, but all around it was a good value. We paid about $110 for a night and I thought that was pretty good for a unit with a kitchen and everything.

We were only here for one night. We had our grandsons with us and it was roomy enough for five of us. It was very clean.

Very small room, but very clean and the staff friendly and helpful

The place was big - spread out with long walks from parking to room.
Location allowed for nice views from little balcony.

I am really surprised that Epedia has this place on their listing. Not sure when it was built, but it is dated and dirty. The place is very confusing to find your way around. The
first floor is listed as the number 4 floor, our room number was 547 and we were on the second floor. The door threshold coming into building and into your room are not design to let you enter easy with a luggage cart, you have to manually lift the full cart to get over the threshold. Nowhere in you listing or their web page did it show the restaurant closed on Wednesday.

The staff was really nice and there is a lot of room in the space. It's outdated but was clean and quite and the price was amazing.

Looked great in pictures but in reality worn and tired. Didn’t realize no air-conditioning and Murphy bed. Door locks not secure, and policy of smoking only in parking lot led to people wandering among the cars

Nice quiet and convenient location

Property has exceeded its life expectancy, that said, the room was clean and took care of the basic needs.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was immediately responsive when we had an issue. We will definitely stay there again.

AC was not working and there was no room service for second night stay. Overpriced

Friendly front desk. We had a loft room. It was like a tiny home. Love the crisp mountain air.

The front desk staff was very understanding and helpful. We needed to check in east to get ready for a wedding and they accommodated us. I also appreciated they took the time to call before allowing someone besides the person who made the reservations check in under my card.

There’s an active water leak from the skylight , I put pots down and tried three different ways to get ahold of staff to change room. I’m exhausted and just sleeping away from the leak, my family has been traveling all day and we’re too tired to try and mess with getting a different hotel or a refund, and no one’s answering us here at the inn.

We knew we would arrive late and would be tired. We requested a room away from noise, heavy traffic, etc. and the room that was assigned to us was just that. Perfect. Thank you.

Room was fine but no AC and the endless confusing hallways thru the large complex were shabby. Place has seen better days.

Loved our room with a loft.
Pool and hot tub were good.
Huge complex lots of walking to get around. Not very handicapped friendly.

Property was very average and we were assigned a very old, small room. It was 1970's vintage and shower was terrible, with no water saver on it and like showering from a hose. It was much too expensive for the accommodations!
Additionally, hardly anyone in the restaurant and the only waiter didn't speak English very well and didn't know how to charge our meals to the room. We didn't go back to eat there the entire two days we stayed!
I honestly cannot recommend this facility except the the front desk staff being very polite and helpful! It's not a place I want to return because of how the accommodations were not worth the cost!!!!

For the price you would expect there to not be peeling paint and cracks all over the property, and half-tipped over “divider walls” on the patio made of plywood. And of top of that, it looks like it has not been updated or maintained in at least 30 years. The tub/shower had grime all over - most definitely would never feel safe to take a bath in it. It was also ridiculously hard to make sure we were going to be in a pet friendly room. Pros: close to most of the areas we were going to, and it was dog friendly.

No air conditioning and our room was at 80 degrees the entire time. When asked about adjusting the a/c, were told the didn't have a/c. Very uncomfortable night of sleep with just a box fan.

The carpet in the loft needs cleaned. It was really dirty. It is also really hot during the day.

The property is decent. It’s a very large place. But it is very outdated. Looks like there’s been no updates to buildings, stairs, carpets, or furnishings. But, it’s ok for the price. Staff is friendly. It’s very quiet and parking area was safe.

Loved everything!
