When I first checked in the process was easy. However, when I got to my room I noticed that the bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower/tub. There was hair in the shower and in the drain. I do have a couple suggestions; it would be nice to have some juices and fruit for the free breakfast for those who do not eat muffins and granola bars for breakfast. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room for those who like to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon. The coffee service in the lobby is gone by 9:30a.m.

Didn't expect this to be less nice than a regular hotel. The shower curtain bar was bent so the curtain slides to the middle when showering, not really blocking the water. The heater and fridge are loud so difficult to sleep. Also can hear next door TV through the walls.

I let the front desk know at check in that there was a car in the lot with a smashed out window and glass all over the ground. I was told there were break ins 3 nights in a row. When I asked about security cameras or someone keeping an eye on the lot, I was told there is no security and "don't leave anything in your car." When I went to the wrong room by accident but my key card still opened the door and I walked in on another guest staying there, the front desk clerk told me it was impossible for that to happen and wasn't overly concerned. I should have checked out immediately. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there were rubber bands on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain rod was literally ready to come off the wall so when I took a shower, the curtain kept sliding to the middle and water pooled on the floor. Basically had to take a one hand shower and hold the curtain closed with the other. And as far as professionalism goes, wearing a baseball hat at the front desk as you check in guests seems out of place. I won't be staying there again and I will not recommend ESA to anyone.

A nice place overall, but needs some upkeep. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was filthy with dust accumulation, the nightstand had sticky residue on it, and the rolling carts all have at least one flat tire.

We had a kitchen in our room with zero cutlery, cups or dishes. Our room had a bag of garbage left from the previous guest. Hairs in the bed. When we got back to the room after the concert, someone had been in our room and a dead bug was squished on our bed. We brought the gentleman in and he apologized and brought us a new bed cover. Breakfast in the morning is a package of oatmeal. Nothing else. Would never stay here again.

I saw some clients or strangers smoking and calling at parking lot at the hotel. Make a restricted location to smoke and phone call.

What should of been a ok hotel to stay in, this is a hotel that has put up displace people that have destroyed this property

While the front desk tried their best the carpets need change as they are frayed . Chipped floor on lift. No hair dryer albeit we got one from the front desk . There was large items for delivery at the front desk .

The staff was amazing. The assistant manager was so nice and helpful. Location was very good. The rooms are old and outdated. There are no ice machines.

No room phone, light bulbs missing from fixtures, tub and sink drains clogged, rusty range hood, Rusty microwave with controls in a foreign language, lite on kitchen utensils, stove top burners very hard to control, luggage carts all had flat tires, over all I paid more for this stay than I should have, given the condition of the room!

Room was sparsely decorated and the furniture very plain - like a first apartment.

The room was clean, but the property as a whole was a little rough around the edges.

This is an average hotel sufficient for a night's rest, however, the room we had did not appear to have been vacuumed and the carpet was visibly dirty. Otherwise in a good location. Helpful staff.

Old dirty carpets and very smelly place. I do not recommend.

Loud wood building. Like living in a drum. No housekeeping for our entire week long stay. Had to ask for Shampoo, ...

Nice staff. This was the only positive thing I have to say. The outside of the building looked good, the inside not so much. Old, smelly. "Breakfast" was prepackaged muffins/instant oatmeal and instant coffee/tea. In general WAY overpriced.

Old, worn out, dark. Smokers congregate at outside doors to lounge in lawn chairs and smoke. The smoke gets into the building and comes into the rooms via open windows. Terrible.

I requested a quiet room as much as possible and the desk clerk obliged. I had a very nice sleep and the bed was comfortable.

Continental breakfast was a joke! 😕

Supposed to come with breakfast and I was told coffee, muffins, bananas and breakfast bars;however, coffee was Luke warm first night, 2nd day, no coffee ready at 6:30am, no food at all and just coffee. Shouldn’t state breakfast included. Sink and bath tub has some hair on it and fridge inside dirty as well as front door. I had to use my wipes to get cleaned before touched.

It’s location and rate we’re ideal for my needs.

Room was dirty. Had to go buy cleaning wipes to remove food stains from counter in the kitchen. Room obviously had not been swept. Toilet seat was dirty. Got locked out of the room when the door lock stopped functioning due to a lack of maintenance. Maintenance personnel came and replaced the batteries eventually, but that is something that should be done regularly to prevent similar situations. Would not recommend.

I needed to return to Bothell for medical treatments. This was the perfect place to stay. The staff was friendly and responsive to my needs. Quiet. Super clean, pet friend. It's off the main highway and close to food, gas, and all your needs. Cannot say enough nice things about my stay!

We arrived around 9 o’clock pm. The entry appear old and not supper clean. The young man at the counter came out of a closet and looked like he had been sleeping with his hair a mess and not exactly together in posture and voice volume. It seemed sketchy and just wondered what goes on there. The elevator was squeaky. The room not exactly what was advertised. There were no extras like water bottles in fridge to even buy. Minimal toiletries. Shampoo and a bar of soap. Linens were clean ✅

When I got there to check in, I was greeted with racism and told Expedia had overbooked and that “my kind” did not have a room there and had to leave.
