This hotel is great for the price. It was clean, good water pressure, good location. Breakfast was adequate. Waffles, cereal, juice, some pastries. I would stay here again.

Everything was good except for trying to get anything extra was like pulling teeth. They said they did not have an extra pillow that we needed for someone who has neck problems. It says on the little card in the room that if you forgot and certain things they have them and one of us forgot toothbrush and he said he couldn't leave the desk to get us one. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

When we arrived at the property there were 4 police cars with officers in vests and rifles trying to get into one of the rooms. We we finally got to our room, the lines had cigaret burn holes all over them. The wallpaper was pealing and there is mold in the bathroom. At night our heater stopped working so we had to sleep in a freezing room in our jackets.

Was only there 1 night as we were passing through. It was clean and room was spacious. Loved the fact that the floor was not carpet. Great pet friendly place. Only complaints would be that its a smoke free room but bedspread had cigarette burn holes and that the pillows are very flat and uncomfortable

The property is kind of run down - marks & dents on walls, shower made noises depending on where you stood, toilet rocked when I sat on it, blankets had cigarette burns, chair old and not comfortable, windows dirty. Room was quited clean. Site advertised free breakfast but there was none.

Cleanliness was very iffy, pillows were horrid. Was told by office that I needed to "find someone" from the housekeeping staff" in order to have my room attended to (stayed there a week). WiFi signal was so weak it made it essentially useless for work. Don't know who gave the good reviews, but I suspect they were fake.

1 mile off 90. Safe and dog friendly. Quiet too.

Breakfast was poor, stay was good

We had a bed and a bathroom which was all we really needed. I had expected the place to be rehabbed since it was under new management. It was not. Overall, the property looks old and tired. We did not go to breakfast because we were meeting family for brunch, but looking into the room I did not see much available. Perhaps you have to put in a request. I appreciated the low cost and free cancellation. Overall, a very average place.

I was only there for about 25 minutes and ask for a refund and was telling them I want to check out and they said I need to contact the third party for a refund and I keep getting the runaround about contacting people and then I keep contacting different people at the property and then they keep saying a call back in one hour every time I’ve got no help I cannot get a refund and I did not even stay there or use the room. I am very upset I will never ever do this again, or use a third-party for any booking ever again.

Beautiful room. Convince of location. Cops patrolling was concerning. No safety issues noted, maybe just safety check? That was my main concern, otherwise was really nice for the price.

Out of almost everything for breakfast

The area is safe and quiet, and has multiple dining options. The decor is tasteful, despite a few minor cigarette burns on the bedspreads.The motel is close to an I-90 entrance ramp, which makes it easy to get to downtown Cleveland.The staff members were friendly and tried to be helpful.They also seemed concerned about glitches in service and tried to remedy them. For example, when the maid neglected to leave clean towels, the office readily supplied these. At first, I didn't realize that I had to contact the office each day to request housekeeping service. However, the cleaning service was adequate.Management also honored my request for a room on the first floor. Breakfast consisted of toast, waffles, Lucky Charms or Sugar-coated Cheerios. Because I don't like sugary cereals, I bought a box of cereal and brought it to breakfast, using the motel's OJ, milk, and coffee. As negative points, there were a few fruit flies, but they appeared only when the lights around the sink/vanity were turned on. Also, there were many cigarette butts in the area in front of the entrance to our room. (Each room has its own entrance to the outside.) For a Week-long stay at a reasonable price in an up-scale Cleveland suburb, the motel is great. I would recommend it to others planning a stay in the Cleveland area.

Convenient to destination and affordable No savings through Expedia as price on special even though we were charged Expedia price not given sale price. Missed their breakfast as no time as check out was 11:00

I was in a no smoking room with 2 beds and both had sheets with cigarette burns All equipment for the some continental breakfast was broken, so we had no breakfast

I DID not enjoy my stay for the amount of money I spend $120 for one night in a bug infested room and being the only one available on first floor level. Im a Disabled Army vet with disabilities I was not satisfied with my and staff did not accomodate to refund my money back at all. I did get any sleep at all. I to sleep in my truck at a local truck. That's Ascertain.

This motel has a lot of nerve charging what they do for these accommodations. The room was disgusting, no contact with any service person. Check in is drive thru, absolutely ridiculous The floor was sticky and disgusting. It was, supposedly, a non-smoking room, but had a burn hole in the comforter, which was ancient and disgusting. The walls needed repair and fresh paint. I wouldn’t use the shower, again disgusting. Sure didn’t want to get athletes foot. No safety bar/lock on the door, I was terrified that someone would be able to get in. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Their hot breakfast was waffles or toast. The bed had burnt holes all over it. I will never stay at that hotel again
