Other than having the wrong check in date causing me more time to check in. Luckily everything else was great!

My room had a horrible smell, no working air conditioner. The refrigerator was not working. They also charged me a holding fee of $40 an have not return my money. I will be seeking out legal assistance for not receiving my holding fee. I tried reaching out the manager no answer.

Well the staff was friendly and no house keeping only gave flesh towels daily and didn't change the bed linen

Upon arrival to our room, we walked into a hot hotel room that smelled horrible! We turned the air on which blew Luke-warm air out, and proceed to wait for the room to cool off. While waiting we decided to begin to unpack, while unpacking we found dirty stained lampshades and a disgusting rusted/plastered shower. The overall appearance of the room was nothing like what the Expedia website had advertised. My husband went downstairs to ask about the air and see how long it would take to cook off. They said the room should cool off within 20-30 minutes. So, we continued to wait and see. However, after 30 minutes the room was still close to 80 degrees. My husband went back downstairs to speak with a manager and see if we could switch rooms. We were told there was no other rooms available. My husband asked if we were able to get a refund as it would not be possible to stay in that room without air and 2 small children in the Georgia July heat. The manager said that since we booked through Expedia we would have to reach out to them. We reached out to Expedia, and after some time they stated that the hotel and decided not to refund our money. We have reached out to Expedia and we will be reaching out to the hotel again also. However, I would not recommend this hotel at ALL, and I would not use Expedia for any future bookings. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! Both ruined our family trip and experience!!!

1st room they gave us was terrible. Almost as if it had not been cleaned in years. Bed was beyond terrible and filthy as was the bathroom. And when brought up to the front desk they said there was only one other smoking room available and they were not willing to budge from giving us any other kind of room. The next room was better but not by much. There was excrement still on the side of the toilet from who knows how long ago. But the bed, though OLD, was clean at least. The next morning my wife woke up with an allergic reaction and the staff could careless, not surprise there. Not that they would have known of her allergies but no remorse at all. I would not recommend anyone from staying here.

Poorly

The hotel and staff overall was good. The location was horrible. I shoildve done more research and thats my fault, not the hotel. Also, a very small parking lot, which is not good for people like me that are not the best drivers....

The clerk (female) was rude and condescending. They also had a weird book in the drawer. They removed the Holy Bible and put something else. This hotel is old, very old.

Room flooded bath rub cracked charger by the beds didnt work Refrigerator was making a cracking noise i kept trying to reach the manager he or she wasnt there i was to Exhausted to change rooms with all my luggage contacted the manager and he wasn't no help. I finally was able to reach him two days later and I was told to take him to court. I won't be getting my money back or even half.

Pics showed continental breakfast , but none offered . Shower head clogged barely sprayed water. Soap shampoo etc was poor quality and very small In portion size for two people.

Perfect for what I needed- an extremely large and clean room, friendly yet professional staff, well within my budget, and in a safe and quiet area close to my venue. Many different food options within a short drive and close to major highways, roadways, and interstates. I will definitely stay at this property during my next business trip to Marietta.

This hotel should not be open for business. The manager Kris has the worst customer service I’ve seen. Then the hotel offer Direct tv as there cable provider so if it rains the night of your stay. Don’t expect to watch tv or even have a working phone in your room

The internet barely worked no breakfast and the phone didn’t work because the cord you plug into the wall was missing.

It's one of the smallest hotels I've stayed at

First we did not have enough towels so i called the front desk from my own phone because room phone DID NOT WORK ! When i asked for more towels they said if we can find some , Then couldnt get tv to work ... Tub had an area in the corner that had just been patched up , blow dryer didn't work good at all .

The stay was ok. At some moments we would get a whiff of weird smells. I think the hotel could do a much better job of cleaning the bathroom. The hotel charged me less than what I was charged on hotels.com, but the hotel won’t respond to them so I can get my money back which is quite weird.

I am on an extended business trip and stayed here for a week. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the location is excellent.

Nice for the price and easy access to highway. Wifi couldn't stay connected.

Its an aged facility in a slowly revitalizing area. The condition of the rooms and building were adequate. However, we saw two roaches at the desk in our room before going to bed which I notified the night person. Then in the morning there were at least six very small roaches that I killed and gave to the front desk person at checkout. I will NOT stay here again.

I already posted my review on yelp because the company of echo economy Lodge can't erase it. If I leave a review here it can be erased so I'm not leaving one here

Just a place to sleep

Building needs a ton of TLC!

I stayed there before. The first time I was on the first floor. The room was clean. But this time, the room wasn't clean, there was a nasty smells in my room, I sprayed a cologne to get rid of it, but the was even stronger. I paid to have a microwave in the room, it didn't work. There was licking water in the bathroom. When I called front desk to help me resolve the issues, the lady said she didn't know anything on how to help, she's just front desk. If they fix this place and keep it clean, it could be a good place. Until then, I would not recommend nobody to stay there.

Nice mananger and great price.

The owner was super friendly and the staff was very helpful. Its located in an excellent area, especially if you like local food and breweries.
