The hotel seemed much updated since my last stay several years ago. The king room was comfortable and clean. My little dog was welcome without question. Snacks are available for purchase. Breakfast and coffee are available in the AM. .

We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we got there, there wasn’t a hot tub! I booked 2 queens and they gave us one king.

I reserved a suite with a king size bed. I received a room with 2 beds. I questioned it and was told that hotel.com had changed my reservation. The internet link never appeared on my computer. The room was adequate, but way overpriced.

Alicia was very pleasant and informative during check-in. Room & restroom is clean.
Small refrigerator was defrosting. Fingers crossed it turns back on.

The property was in great shape and very clean. I do think $75 pet fee is a little much for our 8 pound dog. Most of the Hamptons are $50.

The room was big with 2 king size beds. The shower was walk in with a shower chair. The parking was just outside the room by the window. It was very quiet and we slept very well. It was convenient to every place in town we went to. It was very well priced.

The stay itself was fine. We had some maintenance issues in our room. Noisy air conditioner, clogged sink, toilet didn’t flush very well.

Very clean, coffee/tea in the lobby, little outdoor pool.
Comfy beds (yay for their mattress toppers)
Check in was great, the guy at the front desk (I forget the name, started with J) was a sweetheart (offered hot water for my tea because it wasn’t boiling hot)
Breakfast was good, eggs were better than your average hotel (whatever they do - they did it right), they have TX shape waffle maker too :)

The front desk employees were not very friendly. The housekeeping staff does not knock before entering she just walked in on us. Web description shows theres a hottub but there is not. Very nice and clean hotel with good beds and cold ac.

Not a luxury hotel inspite of price. Not a comfortable chair anywhere but the bed was nice. Very complete breakfast buffet, guest laundry, and exercise room. Not a fan of their TV offering as the cable service did not have a guide so you need to flip through all 100 channels to see what is showing. So, nothing fancy but friendly staff, clean facilities, and most desired services.

Check-in was an hour wait after I was told 15-20 minutes. Then they said the room was ready but had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get my keys. Then, there was no cart available for me to haul my belongings to my room (another 15 minute wait).
The lady that prepared breakfast in the morning was the bright spot. She always spoke, everything was clean and well prepared.
On a very noisy highway and was hard to get a good nights sleep - a lot of truck traffic using jake brakes.

Place was nice! All employees super friendly! Loves my dogs! Not many nice hotels allow dogs, we loved it.

Only thing I recommend is bring your own pillows. That’s my only complaint, but all else was great so no need to complain about a pillow, especially when it’s all about personal preference.

Hotel was easily accessible from main road. Staff was pleasant.
The issue was with our room.
When we arrived at 7pm, our rooms AC was set to 77 degrees on HEAT. It was 92 degrees outside at that time. The tile was extremely slippery & very unsafe. The carpet was wet. Saturated nearer the AC unit. Nothing was said as we were exhausted. Set the AC on 68 an attempted to get some rest. Next morning, the carpet was still wet. Not what you want at any price point especially what we paid.
We let the front desk host know of the issues.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast! My only suggestion would be the bouncy beds but not a deal breaker. I will definitely be returning!
