Other than being hard to find the hotel my sate was fine. Would like to see ice machines on each floor and vending machine your snack prices two time what they should be.

I started a couple of nights for a wedding. They have more cleaning people than any hotel I’ve seen post-pandemic. They actually came in after the first night to make the bed. The rooms are being remodeled, so mine appeared per new. The shower/toilet room had an odd layout though, which made it hard to close the door to that area. Breakfast was typical Hampton, which is Bert than most places. Very good service

Property was obviously undergoing a spruce-up but was clean and functional. Nice Exercise Room but disappointed that the pool wasn't open. I really appreciate the breakfast offering and all-day coffee. Had a great chat with Frank at late check-in (very personable and helpful). Room was super clean and comfortable with decent amenities for a short stay.

The room was IMMACULATE! Despite being right next to the elevator (where I never stay), it was QUIET! Other than the check-in staff, the staff was super friendly. The check-in staff had VERY POOR English skills and caused frustration twice. The stand out feedback though is "Your hotel had the ABSOLUTE BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER HAD from Alaska to Florida! And.. I travel alot. Keep it up and I will go out of my way to come back.

We've stayed at this property in the past and were usually pleased. During this visit we had a few issues with the bathroom. The shower/bath water pressure was "acceptable", but the water temperature was luke warm at best!! Additionally, the Shower Gel bottle was missing, and there was no shower bar soap available. None of these items are a deal breaker, but they certainly warrant a downgrade of previous ratings of this property.

The room was beautiful and we loved the blackout window shades. However, the room set-up/design was awkward with the sink outside and separate from the bathroom room, and the air conditioner was terribly noisy. We finally had to turn it off to get some sleep.

Room was not as clean and sheets were too big for bed. They kept coming off. It was a quick close stay so we made do.

We reserved a room for our family of 5 to have two double beds and a pull out sofa. This was not available per staff, who was kind enough to offer a king bed and pull out sofa in a room that had not been updated. Our original room layout was not ideal. The toilet/shower area door barely clears the toilet making it difficult to have enter and exit and you cannot leave a towel on the floor. The room mirror is place in front of the bed in a wall space that requires you to turn sideways to clear the area. This design was not well considered. There was 1 chair for sitting, not including the round table and chairs.

I'm so pleased I found out about this hotel. I have been taking my family to Cleveland Clinic for years, and we always stayed elswhere. I never knew about this little area of Weston.This hotel was clean, updated and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

When I entered the room it had an unpleasant smell. I saw roaches crawling around. I had to wear a slipper while taking a bath because the tub was so filthy. The breakfast was fine with the use of waffle maker to make fresh waffles were great. They were doing construction so the back parking lot was fill with storage bins. The customer service was great.

This was a wonderful facility! I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this Hampton and the staff was excellent. You can tell immediately the Management has quality skills with managing the property. Thank you all for a nice stay while be away from home.

The room wasn’t clean properly, it wasn’t ready when arrived after 3 pm, had to request towel/washcloth, we asked assistance from the evening staff to obtain transport to cruise ship, we was told they couldn’t help with. The morning staff was very helpful

Bathroom sink vanity light did not work. Toilet seat was falling off. Shower floor was very slippery and was warped. Room smelled musty. Elevators smelled like terrible body odor. We were originally put in a handicapped room when neither my wife or I are handicapped. It took a lot of convincing to have the woman at the front desk move us to a non handicap room. We have always stayed at Hilton hotels whenever we travel. We are now second guessing that decision based on this horrible experience.
