The hotel was fine, but the charges to bring pets in was outrageous. I will never book through hotels.com again.

The hotel was full. At 7pm I had drilling/jack hammering adjacent to my room. A call to the front desk corrected this issue. Then the constant sound of foot traffic and teenagikept me awake to 300 am. Not the restful night I had hoped for.

The only thing that would be lovely, is an added awning to the front where you check in it was pouring down rain and I was soaked before I could get to the counter, also safety handles to step into the tub. Mine was a little slick. It could be a hazard to the next guest.

I would have given this a much higher rating but the carpet was musty and covered up by a very strong smell of disinfectant. The mustiness became apparent in the morning when the smell of the disinfectant lessened. The location is great with good food choices close by. The staff were friendly. Check in was easy. Breakfast was sufficient but limited choices.

Room was too hot to sleep couldn’t regulate the temperature. Bathroom door latch was malfunctioning.

It was ok, the breakfast needs some improvements not good at all. The beds need to be a little softer.

The bedroom was ok. Was suprised the sink was not in the bathroom but across from it. We had a king size bed but the pillows were standard size & very small. The towels were also very small. I put the sign on the outside of the door for no housekeeping and they came in anyway. That upset me as I don't like to have housekeeping in my room until after we leave.

The hotel is convenient, with easy check in and clean. There was a smell to the water from the sink faucet that smelled like sewage, but it was clear and was fine for teeth brushing, it just smelled bad.

It’s right off the interstate and right next to a ton of restaurants and gas stations. The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and significantly less expensive than its newer neighbors.

List pool as outdoor oil and closed in October. Exercise equipment in disrepair. Breakfast not tasty or ample.

Excellent room service everyday. Breakfast is simple but adequate, staff are friendly and helpful, room is very clean, room is equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Location is very convenient, surrounded by many good restaurants, and is walking distance to Richmond mall.
