Amazing value for the money. Excellent service during breakfast and at the front desk. I believe this is my 3rd time using this hotel and I would come again

The stay was ok. Not having the use of the pool for our stay was crucial tried to talk with the staff about it. The police was called. It was a mess. I will never stay there again.

This hotel was the worst Country Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled of smoke and was very rundown, walls are very thin and the people in the next room were extremely loud, which I know wasn’t the hotels fault.

Where do I begin..simple, do not stay here. From the smell of the hotel, to the cleanliness, and then there is the noise. Our toilet would randomly have a high pitched beep for minutes, long enough to annoy or wake us up but not enough to be caught by others. We could hear every footstep of the people above up and words of the people next to us. Our shower would hum for half an hour after we were done, plus the floor creaked like it was falling in. We tried to have breakfast out first day, everything except sausage was empty. I couple go on but I think this is enough to say stay away.

Great location and plenty of dinner options within a 2 minute drive. The hotel itself was a very good condition and the water was hot immediately. I'll be honedt initially we though the area looked sketchy but once the traffic dialed down the area is fine. Nice hot breakfast with hot cakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, hard boiled eggs, plus fresh fruit, yogurt and plenty of juice choices and great coffee bar. I don't recall her name but the breakfast room hostess was fantastic welcoming everyone and showing guest where everything was. All the employees were very professional and cordial. We'll definitely stay here again.

The walls being so thin

2 night trip with my son for the race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Check-in was fast, even received a free upgrade to a suite, which was great. Front desk clerk at check-in was very knowledgeable of the area and recommended what to do close by with my son, even ways to get around without getting on the Interstate.

Stayed for one night. They are landscaping and cleaning the area up. They were there doing it during my stay. So it should be cleaned up by then. The hotel itself I could tell just got a makeover. The rooms were large and clean and the hotel

Breakfast was fabulous! Real scrambled eggs, link sausage, homemade grits in addition to waffle, cereal, fruit selections made it special for a hotel in this price range. Thank you!

No noise from nearby highway. We have stayed at six other hotels in the neighborhood and have had lots of noise. Breakfast was cooked from scratch. Very nice and clean. Very accommodating on room choice. Staff was friendly.

This was a perfect hotel for the trip we were on with band students. Quiet area and breakfast was great. Students were able to sit in lobby and visit and chalerones were well taken care of by hotel staff.

The staff were very friendly and they made our stay extra special. The rooms were very nice, clean and modern. We will stay here again during our next visit to McDonough.

Rooms have 2 inch gaps under door to hallway and adjoining rooms. People next door we’re discussing sex sounded like a prostitute situation while my family (including two young children) can hear it all. Asked to move rooms. They moved us to third floor where next door people were talking and with paper thin walls we could hear them too. Also someone was playing music after 12am singing and partying. Worse stay ive had and im not real picky!

Waited 15 minutes for someone to appear at front desk. Got wrong key. Front desk person seemed eager to help and doing her best but no one else to help

Hotel stay was very accommodating, right off the interstate. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. Nice people, would come back and stay again! Ty

Cockroach on the room I saw two one on the bed the other one in the nightstand. I was really disappointed

Overnight receptionist was rude, lazy, and either doesn't understand, in the industry she works in relies on customer satisfaction or doesn't care. She was more concerned with her male company than actually do what she's paid to do, she does NOT have any respect for her co-workers, she directed me to put trash and towels, which were soaked with vomit, for housekeeping to pick it up. Apparently "she wasnt touching bag of vomit towels". The bag was coomerical oversized bag I had to get from my car, because she didnt know where the bags were.

The bed was very comfortable but the late night fight in the hall and the joint smoke wafting down the hallway wasn’t the best. Water pressure not great.

The front desk staff was very helpful and the breakfast attendant made our waffles and made sure we had everything we needed. The facility on the other hand wasn’t in the best area and isn’t a place we would recommend for families. It’s more of a place for single people working in the area especially based on all the utility trucks parked in the lot and next door.

Staff was rude, lobby and hallway smelled strongly of weed and room was not very clean. Extremely noisy and impossible to get any sleep. Will never stay again.
