Everything was pretty good, except that there were no extra blankets or pillows for the couch-bed, so I had to ask for it.
Also, the breakfast buffet ran out of fruit, which was actually the only good healthy choice. NO whole grains (unless raisin-bran would count), load of sugar in almost everything. I had seen turkey sausage on the online ad, but all the meat choices were pork, and full of cholesterol. Perhaps it should be realized that there are a growing number of people who do NOT eat pork products.

I was very pleased with my accommodation at the Holiday Inn in Gahanna Ohio. The room was impeccably, clean, and very well appointed with dove products. I was there for a conference and enjoyed the refrigerator microwave and included breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our rental vehicle was a target for a smash and grab along with our cousins rental vehicle. There was 4-5 vehicles that were vandalized where the window was smashed. The hotel was okay but the area didnt feel safe after that especially with small children.

The staff were delightful, kind, helpful and proactive. The room had a slightly musty smell, presumably from the air conditioner. The outside (lower front) of the toilet had not been cleaned and looked like it needed it.

A little off the main road but still a good location.

I messed up original reservation and booked the wrong day…when I got to hotel they said call Expedia to correct. Expedia then called hotel to book the correct date but the hotel charged $30.00 more for the same room…this was a Monday…was disappointed the hotel wouldn’t honor original rate but this tired traveler had no choice…
