Very nice newly remodeled hotel super Comfortable!! Loved the bar in the center of the hotel!!! Great area !!!

This was an ok stay that would have been great of property was a bit updated. Rooms were dark and very old. Everything was old. It was clean and we lacked for nothing though and they have really good breakfast. Food was fresh and many options. Not at all limited with selection.

Texture on ceiling was falling off onto bed due to upstairs guest stopping on floor. Bathroom door was broke and would not close. Shower was very dirty shower had mold and hot water didn’t work. Tv didn’t work and room was dirty.

The staff was great! The people next to me were loud all day and night and my bed squeaked any time I moved.

Property is in need of updating. Always have a good breakfast.

Toilet didn’t work, water dripped from ceiling, no housekeeping the two days I was there.

The stay was ok. To my wife and myself the pillows are terrible, had to hold the toilet handle down until it finished flushing and the shower knob was weird, had to turn the knob almost all the way up and pull the stopper up half way to make the hot water work correctly that was weird. Other than that stay was ok.

Overall experience was ok. Hotel is in need of a face lift. Be careful in the pool area. The amount of Chlorine used has got to be borderline toxic and the lack of proper ventilation doesn’t help. Rooms are decently sized.

Staff didn’t knock and came right in our room at 10 am and check out was at 11am. Wife was not dressed and it was so unprofessional for them to not even knock.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly but Felicia in the breakfast area was amazing! She was so welcoming and friendly! She was on top of clearing tables and helping people.

Check in was at 4 pm. We arrived at 4:15 and they told us our rooms were not ready. It was a family trip so we had 4 rooms. After 15 minutes, we were told they were inspecting them it would be a few minutes. At 4:50, I went to check what was taking so long and we were then told that the rooms would not be ready for another hour. I then asked to speak to a manager and they said there was not one on site. We were told that they were short handed and some teams did not check out on time. After a few minutes she said she could get us in some other rooms. I can say the breakfast was good.

The rooms are outdated. Outside needs some paint.

Although they are experiencing some remodeling. They were considerate and made sure customers were safe, Happy and comfortable. I will be returning to this location again and from now on. Great service!

Pulled in for one night just to sleep. Hotel clean and bed comfy!

They will overbook the room you paid for and lie about 3rd party agents not specifying the room you paid for.

We had our kids sleeping.on the pullout couch and we asked for pillows at check in. We were told they would send them up. We called down after about an hour and they said we would.have to come down and get them. We went down to get them and they said they were out. Within the couch sheets were a pair of boys swim trunks. There were lots of kids just running around the hallways and no one made them stop.

Front desk and housekeeping were really friendly. Breakfast staff was amazing and the food was great. Upon arrival the pool was closed and that was the reason I booked that hotel. Also they were under construction so you werd not able to use the front doors. Overall it was great!

this was a great stay. Better experience than embassy suites El Paso. positives. great staff- friendly and attentive. love heat air in room. love morning breakfast choices, and room clean and in mostly excellent condition. Negatives for me. No sheer curtain in room, no zero hand lotion drawers in bedroom hard to open and close. Used to have 2 chairs in room, but not this time.

Heater did not work, had to call maintenance to fix it, had to fix the tv

I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. Our room was very rundown. It needs to be updated badly. Also, the managers reception you were only allowed 2 drinks which I’ve stayed at other Embassy Suites and we didn’t have a limit. I will say the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I will probably not stay at this hotel again until they improve it.

Overall, it was an average stay. However, there were quite a few inconveniences that led to the stay being subpar. The water temperature fluctuated in the shower every day, shifting from ice cold to scolding hot without warning. There was pushback from the front desk staff, in the evenings, when ordering food/drinks from the store, suggesting we weren’t able to do so after a certain time. We also had to go down to the front desk daily to retrieve toilet paper and room necessities, due to running out and hotel staff stating they were understaffed and couldn’t send anyone to the room. The wallpaper was peeling in the room, and the carpet was coming up. Also, the lamps in the room were all tilted and the room looked and smelled like it hadn’t been used for quite some time. When speaking to staff about the concerns, we were met with a nonchalant attitude, suggesting that no accommodations could be made. Other than those moderate issues, the parking was excellent and the location to other facilities was very convenient. I’ve always loved this location in Lubbock, but it does appear to be a bit run down since the last time my family stayed here for the holidays, a year ago. One staff member stated management had changed as of late, which could be the leading cause. Our family does plan to try again next year, with hopes that the facilities are back up to their Hilton standard.

It's an older hotel but very well maintained overall. The elevators are a bit rickety and slow, but the rest of the hotel is beautiful. Excellent breakfast and pretty good food in the bar in the evenings. Recommended.

Oh my goodness! I just have to say, Embassy Suites hotels are absolutely incredible! I mean, seriously, you can never go wrong with choosing them for your stay. And let me tell you, my recent experience was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself was so beautiful, and the breakfast... wow! It was beyond amazing, just like always. I was really blown away by the architecture of the property too. So impressive! I am definitely going to make it a point to come back here again. Can't wait!

The hotel is outdated. For the price of the rooms it’s not worth it. There was black mold in the shower the drain caps were off and the shower head was broke. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The drapes were stained and for a non-smoking room it the room smelled like cigarettes. Overall would not stay agin.

TV in bedroom didn’t work. The bed was not very comfortable it was hard. Other than that it was good not what I remembered about staying at an Embassy sweet hotel.

Rooms are nice but could use updating.

Not a great experience. The staff was great, but the room was not. We got there and it was HOT in the room. Too hot. We turned on the air conditioning which did not cool the room. We let the front desk know and it was 9:30 before anyone got there. It did finally cool down, but we wanted to go to bed hours before.
