I stayed with my new boyfriend to get away from my husband and there was just nothing secretive about this place. I tried to be private but everyone knew my business.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner and WiFi didn't work. It was in the 30s outside but the room was boiling. There was an air conditioner but it only cooled.the TV and dresser. I finally had to open a window to get some much needed air.
The front desk gave me a WiFi password but neither of the Roadway options required a password or provided Internet access.

No service at all. The front desk has no concern of the guests' needs at all. We booked and paid online for 4-night stay, and checked in at 3 PM. We had to wait by the room for the house keeping to complete her work for about 10 minutes. The front desk did not even bother to tell us that the room was not ready that we may need to wait a little. The night shift clerk had a very bad attitude when we reported the very loud, strange and constant noise from upstairs at 11:15 pm. We told him that the noise had started at about 7 pm. The floor was sandy even after we saw the maid mopped it. The window had a big crack diagonally from corner to corner. The phone had a wrong room # on it; when we used it to called the front desk, it just rang and rang and never got an answer. The hair dryer did'n work. One of the light switch on the night stand lamp (has 2 bulbs) did not work. We reported all those to the front desk just for the info and their future repair need; he showed no interest at all. We didn't need daily room service at all just to be Eco-friendly; but when we requested some more shampoo, the front desk replied that he had none for 2 days. We asked for more trash bags, he gave us ice bucket bags; so we didn't bother with them anymore and just used the grocery bags. There was a police car parked in the middle of the parking lot for a very long time on the 2nd day; a fire truck and EMS people on the 3rd day of stay. We didn't bother to eat the free continental breakfast.

This is a horrible place to stay. Room was dirty, bed bug stains in the sheets, ants in the restroom, room smelled like cigarettes. Front desk had terrible service.

Bathroom condition needed attention. Door knob was broken and 2 screws were exposed from the wall where hair dryer was.

This is a drug den. there was vomit on our flooor our key did not work . Someone knocked on the door at after midnight and trying to buy meth from us . Also there was hookers roaming the halls very unsafe

The heater didn't work the TV was on the wall up towards the ceiling and there was no remote the room was disgusting there was poop on the toilet and the owner's dogs ran free and one of them almost attacked one of my dogs I will never stay there ever again

Stay wasn’t to bad for a family of 7. 23 got 2 rooms(non-smoking) but the hallway when you walk in smells like smoke or just a weird smell
. One of the door handle seemed to be broke and loose. Oh ya bfast was just cereal and toast.
As for the Rooms they were clean and comfortable. It wasn’t a bad stay for a late night rental and to be gone in the morning.

Smell of cegar in the nonsmoking room. Microwave is dirty and slightly broken but functional. Wi-Fi is slow and disconnected so frequently. Bed is good. Wall is thin but fortunately quiet people around my room. Room is nicely warm.

I stay in close to 200 motel rooms a year and this was the dirtiest room I had ever seen. Feces smudged on wall next to toilet. Dust covering everything. The floor was disgusting in the restroom. Hair in the tub. The pictures offered online are NOT from this hotel. Nope.

Their computer system didn't have our reservation logged, so we had to pay again for a room. The heater didn't work.

Filthy hotel, mattress practically folded up in the middle; probably haven't vacuumed the hallways in months. Breakfast tables were not wiped down. Door to the back entrance which is supposed to be opened only by key card was broken so door didn't even lock or latch.

I haven't ask to preview a room in a LONG time, but as soon as we walked in I knew I needed to. Fortunately, I had paid the extra $10 in case I needed to cancel my reservation. Food on the floor of the hallway, unclean everywhere, room on 1st floor was 1/2 basement/dark, etc, etc.

Need for handicap access, I called and requested for a handicap room, got there and was told there was non available. Husband is in wheelchair, lady adjusted rooms and we were able to get into a room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the room was clean but the bathroom tub didn't look inviting, need to change them out.

Online pictures were nothing like the actual room condition. Hallway leading to rooms reeked of cannabis and cigarettes. However inside the room the beds were comfortable and clean. The hair dryer didn’t work and the shower pipes were sticking out from holes in the wall . Very basic continental breakfast

When we walked into the room, the lights did not work, the bed had been slept in, and the trash was full. We didn’t stay in there more than a couple minutes before walking back out. I requested to be refunded and was not asked to sign anything, nor have I received a refund as of yet.

The entire building smelled of cigarette smoke, the room was shabby, hair in the sink, bathtub and beds. Loud noises all night. Do not recommend.

Property isn’t well maintained room definitely needed some love mold in ceiling and wall in bathroom, towels very worn sheets had holes, tv was busted, curtains didn’t stay on the track

It was not very clean. Ants all in the bathroom. Bed was hard and if you moved even a little it would squeak. Breakfast sucked so bad. Staff not the best.

Almost everything was broken or not working. We only had one lamp in the room properly working. We only had 2 adaptors that worked all the other 4 did not. The curtains were falling apart. There was a dirty towel hanging off the wall. The blankets where aweful. There were burnt holes in them. The sheets where stained. The walls had holes poorly covered. The microwave door was broken. The refrigerator was not working. The shower head feel off and hit my husbands foot. The toilet bowl kept clogging (there was a plunger next to the toilet). The bathroom door knob was broken. Very thin walls. We heard a couple yelling at one another and a baby crying.
