The staff and property were great! I would definitely stay at this hotel again :)

Very accommodating front desk. Wonderful pool and spa. Nicely maintained hotel.

This property is safe and close to freeways. There are many food, cafes and grocery stores that you can walk to. That's important to me coming from NYC. I would definitely this boutique hotel.

Unexpected and very nice hotel. Will stay there again. Lounge is small but quaint and food and service were great.

Decor

I love staying at this property.

We loved the location and availability of restaurants as Star Bucks is across the street and a local grocery store was in the same area making walking an option.The hotel was decorated for Christmas and new years and had some family areas in the small lobby. Staff were available to hold our luggage safely in the lobby, while we went on our excursions and wait for our transportation to the train station. We enjoyed the hotel and they were very accommodating to my down allergies.

Nice hotel! But not a walkable area

Hotel Amarano was excellent. Very clean, exceptional customer service, beautiful rooms with a very large bathroom and shower. We loved the restaurant, bar and friendly bartenders (Ellen, Harvey, Lindsay, Blake). The continental breakfast was a nice way to start the day and the Salty Dog was an even better way to end it. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The property was near the Warner Bros Lot and close to tons of cool restaurants in Burbank and Toluca Lake. The staff was great but the amenities were a little less than other hotels in the area. The included breakfast was mini pastries, bagels, tea and coffee. And the TV had limited channels and had no ability to stream/mirror from a phone.

The toilet was not working I complained 3 times they still did not fix it. The housekeeping service was terrible.

I enjoyed the area in which the hotel is located and the staff were very nice. I did wish that room cleaning was done more frequently and better overall.

We stayed 2 nights they didn’t change the towels I called costumer service if we can get a clean towels she said right away we waited until the next day no body came and gave us a clean towels.

All is good except that when we came back after the day at Universal Studio, the room didn't get house keeping done. Otherwise I would give a 5 stars for everything.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful decorated room. Carpet little stained but lobby and Resturant was very nice. Great experience would definitely stay again!

Nice room however they said cleaning would be every 2 days and room was not touched with in the 4 days we were there.

Loved the staff here! from the check in to every single call i made to front desk, whether it was for room service, more towels, coffee, they were soooo sweet & funny. Amazing food. the room service breakfast in bed was FIREEE! The sliders, strawberry shortcake lol. cocktails at FYC! Ok i’ll stop, just book the damn room.

I stayed 2 nights then came back for a 3rd! I love the rooms and the convenience of the location. So close to all the freeways and just a few minutes away from great restaurants. The pool and hot tub are lovely and the gym is also nice. I used all the amenities (I’m that kind of guest). The service was great and I always ask for hott water to make tea and they would promptly deliver it to my room. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s a hidden gem in my opinion.

In Expedia app it said there was parking available, when we got to the place it was only "valet" I would like it to specify a little more about this details.

Wonderful, comfortable, convenient location,nice accommodating staff!

Mixture of good and bad points. Our hotel room was clean & over all pretty cozy, we had plenty of space for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The bartender was friendly & gave us some tips for when we were going to visit Universal. Our room was mostly quiet, we were semi near the front entrance, so I did end up waking up once both nights to the sound of someone's rather loud car idling at the front door for an extended period of time. The room patio didn't look well-tended to, but maybe not that many people spend time out there. I liked the shower in our room & the toiletries in the bathroom weren't bad although the face wash bar they have wasn't the greatest and drying to the skin. For how expensive this hotel is compared to other hotels even before the extra per day hotel fee you would think the breakfast, they offered would be a bit better. It was pretty bland and basically just bread products (bagels, mini muffins, mini pastry things, yogurt and oranges/apples) at least the first day of our stay they had three bagel flavors but the second day they only had plain bagels out. Aside from coffee there was no juice or even milk for the non-coffee drinkers and children. One of the families who were there at the same time as us had asked if they had milk for their little ones and were told it would be an extra charge. Didn't really feel like a very family friendly hotel more of a business hotel.

The staff was amazing! The atmosphere was so fun! I loved the bath amenities!

Some of the amenities described were not available or not offered to us. Additionally, the hotel adds a $40 "resort fee" although this is clearly not a resort and it appears a disingenuous way to extract additional fees from its guests.

We stayed here because we were going to universal studios it was ok but had a few concerns looks like they haven’t renovated the inside of the hotel bathroom was clogged shower was clogged and dry wall looked like it was going to get renovated patches everywhere when I went to tell the front desk this things the lady was writing it down so we wouldn’t get charged because it already like that it like she had other people complaining as well cause I seen the list on her clip board
