It was a terrible experience. The room smelled like wet dog. The tv remote didn’t work. The bed was more a fui size then queen.

I regret booking this stay. The hotel wasn't anything like the website description. The breakfast as advertised wasn't a breakfast but a blueberry muffin in a package and some coffee.

They let us check in an hour early. That was nice, but when we got there they charged us an extra 100$ for my little dogs. I intentionally looked for pet prices online and found not find any. Also, 10 min of us checking in, and settling in and this man walked right in offering room service. They didn't speak English, and with broken English he told us we needed to check out. Room was dirty, 2 lamps didn't work, halls smell like cat pee, breakfast bar was a joke! Not staying there EVER again.

Property was not well kept. Room had curtains with holes, damage to furniture, stains, spiders. Knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star experience but expected some standards.

Sadly this was a big disappointment. They didn’t have to give us a key but promised to come in 15 minutes with one. Never happened. There was no remote in the room either. The desk clerk tried but fell short. The rooms were very old and had many cracks in the walls and cupboards. The night sounds were loud too.

After arrival I noticed that no towels were in the room. Needless to say, front desk called me and informed me of this fact a few minutes after a had made discovery.

Stay was on the lower end of "ok". Everything is very outdated, bed was not comfortable especially the pillows and the fitted sheet kept coming off even at night. The fitted sheet was so hard to put back on like the sheet was super tight and hard to pull. Unfortunately we had the inconvenience of changing rooms because our tub would not drain when we took showers. Felt super dry in rooms, had a few nose bleeds because of it. Overall not 'terrible" but enough to not book at this particular location again.

Property smelled of cigarette smoke.

I really like this hotel 🏨🛍️ 🛏️. But I really got upset with a Front Desk clerk that lied and said that he couldn't find my confirmation number for a room that I purchased through Expedia the last time I tried to reserve a room there.

This extended stay was clean, had no pests, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and no noisy neighbors.

I did not have any utensils in my room or a coffee maker.

i saw 2 roaches in my room. besides that, my stay there was ok at best. the breakfast isn’t really a breakfast, mostly snacks and coffee.

The staff was very professional. The flooring in the room was very nice.
The room was very run down... Curtains had holes, bed linens were worn, the kitchen was run down as well as the bathroom (Chipped fixtures and dirty. Hair on the ceiling and tub)

I work an hour away from home and decided to stay here because it was snowing very badly and there was a winter weather advisory warning people to stay off the roads. When I got into the room the bathroom had roaches! I went to the front desk and the lady tried to be accommodating and give me a “better room” (her words, not mine) I didn’t see any bugs, at first, in the second room. Go to put something on the counter in the kitchen area and a roach darts across the counter :( by then it was snowing terribly and very late so I was stuck there. I didn’t get a wink of sleep, I felt so disgusted. It won’t let me add the video of the roaches all over the bathroom of the first room

The lady at the reception desk was incredible, very sweet, patient and knowledgeable, even made sure that I had a room on the first floor taking my needs and consideration. The room was spacious, very clean including the bathroom, the same can be said for the rest of the hotel and the parking lot. The gentleman this morning at the checkout was not quite as impressive it was hard communicating due to lack of language skills. The part that I found a little bit disappointing was the breakfast. Coffee, nutrient bars, teeny tiny muffins that seem better days and oatmeal. Not even a juice, on top of that no breakfast area to sit. It is not reasonable to expect to walk all the way down there pick up a breakfast cereal bar and a cup of coffee and then having to go back into your room to eat it there before you then come back through the lobby on your way out. That part definitely can be improved upon. On the upside, the hotel was very quiet, the heater worked nicely, in the bill up on checkout was emailed right away. It is very well located with easy access to the highway, and I would recommend this hotel, I'm just not crazy about the so-called breakfast.

Old, run down, hated the dirty wood floors, dark and dingy room, shower didn’t work properly, no decaf coffee available .

I didn't like the fact that I've actually reserved rooms at this hotel for months, and the very last time I reserved a room (December 1th) from off my smartphone, the front desk clerk claimed that he couldn't find my reservation!!! And I completely don't believe him. Because he has worked with me several times when I reserved a room through Expedia in the past. He's a Liar and I want to report him to the Owner !!!!

Front desk was very friendly! The rooms were as suspected for what you okay for! Really cheap for a place to just sleep at night. Overall a good stay.

Good vibes in the area

The walls are paper thin and I could hear the TV blasting from the room across the hall. The kitchen area was dirty. Pillows were all different shapes and sizes and were uncomfortable. It's fine for a quick stay but I wouldn't stay here again.

Front desk are not very nice except for Lubia, she was always smiling and willing to help. The brother of the owner was courteous and nice too but too serious. The younger Indian guy was always very rude and not nice. House keeping were super nice and always friendly.

The room is face to highway, the noise outside of traffic all the night, the exhaust fan in bathroom sounds like bomber, the furniture is worn out. Some of the sockets are dead, and some of the lights are not working. The heat is load too. This is the worst night I have had in a hotel. Will not be considering Extended Stay at America any more.

there’s no breakfast it’s just coffee and packets of oatmeal’s! the rooms are all hard wood floors and not carpet as it shows the whole entire hotel and rooms smelled horrible!! we could not sleep!

They didn’t have our reservation, even with all of the confirmation numbers. However, they magically had all of our information…strange. The room was clean, but the beds were not very comfortable. The entire hotel (not the rooms) smelled awkward.
There is no plates, boys, silverware or anything. Just a Kitchenette with a sink and dirty fridge. Not really and extended stay. I have stayed at several before, definitely not what we expected.
Even more disappointed with the breakfast…that is not a breakfast. They called it a “grab and go”. It was mini (one bite size) muffins, coffee and instant oatmeal…with no bowls. I attached a picture.
If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep and leave…worth it. But the beds are not real comfortable. If you are planning on spending any awake time, look somewhere else.

Stayed here for 3 days. Good location. Bed shower and kitchen were clean. No bugs. No issues. The front desk is very nice. Stay here to save money and get a clean room thats smoke free.

Overall, my stay was good. The hotel was quiet. The area around the hotel is safe and it's very close to the expressway making it very convenient. The only two disappointments were: 1)being charged a pet fee that was not disclosed at the time of booking - the person checking me in wasn't even apologetic or receptive to the idea that should've been disclosed before I made the online reservation and drove all the way to the hotel. It seems disingenuous to say it's a pet friendly hotel and not mention additional fees; and, 2) the exterior of the fridge in the room had not been cleaned in a very, very long time. Luckily, I had Clorox wipes to wipe it and the microwave down.
Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and coffee that were removed promptly at the end of breakfast hours. What would it hurt to just leave some coffee out? It would be welcoming. I would recommend adding fruit and bagels to "breakfast on the go" for those who can't eat oatmeal.

The property is maintained but very outdated. The room was clean but room, linens had a odor which was not welcoming. Breakfast consisted of coffee (with old liquid creamer) individual mini packeged muffins.

This property was nasty one towel in the room not even a washcloth. It looked so bad I instantly checked for roaches no I didn’t find any. I’m not picky by no means and have stayed at extended stays in other states and none were this bad. Do yourself a favor and don’t book

Ok. Bottom line, it was a clean, quiet room, reasonably priced, which allowed me to bring my dog. That’s what I needed. Though clean, the room could use some TLC - chipped paint, stained countertop and peeling laminate.
But what hotel does not have a coffee maker in the room or an ice machine? I wanted to fill my water jug for an event I was participating in and include ice. Had o settle for 2 trays of cubes I made.
I was there for only one night. This is an extended stay hotel with a nice little kitchen, however, it has no dishes, utensils or pots and pans. (Or do they remove those items if you’re only staying one night?) I ordered dinner thru Door Dash, and the restaurant provided no utensils (but that’s a rant for another review). The hotel’s front desk person kindly gave me utensils to use.
A carry out breakfast was included. That breakfast was limited to instant oatmeal and coffee (no decaf available).

For the most part it was not excectly what i expected.
Some minor things would have made it better.
There were no cooking or serving item included with the room. Just a hot plate, frig and a sink.
So if you need those you might want to call ahead.
I tired an extended stay on this trip, instead of a hotel to have some cooking options. After a trip to the store i was set, had to bring the stuff home with me. So that was a little annoyed, but i drove so i had room.
If i had of flown in, well you know where this is going.
Overall i gave the stay a 4 out of 5 for two reasons, one the lack of cooking or serving items and two the bed was not what i was hoping for, was not very comfy to me.
