Worst customer Service ever Felt scared And contemplated checking out the 1st night because of receptionist was crazy and did not want to give extra towels or blankets and it had been raining that day. We were so scared. We blocked the door at night. She was hostile and confratational. It also appeared She lived there because we saw her in her bonnet Getting breakfast in the morning, which made the situation more uncomfortable,But the breakfast was good. Would not book again because of the experience with her. We were visiting family and also trying to enjoy life with grief and did not need to feel attacked or stressed She was yelling and not willing to let you speak, im sure she treats others this way nothing new her attitude is beyond unbelievable.

The location and proximity to trails and the bay is great. The only recommendation would be to have charging available for EV vehicles.

feels very mid. staff isnt too invested in customer service. had some issues getting bitten by bugs in the room and cancelled my stay early. they were unhelpful, and made zero effort to correct the situation. wont be back.

They tried to charge for switching rooms after the one they put me in was very bad. Staff basically does less than the bare minimum and seem to not even want to be there. The bed and pillows were too hard for me, and had issues with bugs in my room which they were unwilling to assist with me.

Courteous staff. Clean room. Nice breakfast. We planned for two days, but ended up staying five days. Great value. Highly recommend

Over it was a good stay. Breakfast on the first morning was terrible. All hot items looked like microwaved foods. Bacon was paper thin & scrambled eggs were watery. Second morning was better with spicy hashbrowns and sliced sausage. Also I called front desk for some toilet paper and she rudely had told me I had to come down stairs myself as she was by herself. When my fiance went down to collect, she changed her tone and was pleasant. I usually dont have bad experiences at any BW i stay at but this one was one to remember

Door lock didn’t work. After 2 sets of keys, Maintenance Gentleman came a fixed the door. He was very professional.

I could hear everything from the room next to me, the bed mattress was terrible , didn’t get much sleep due to noise and uncomfortable bed!

The only reason I’m not all in is the location. Seriously it’s right on the freeway and I woke at 4am to the sound of big rigs and commuters.

On the morning of our 6th day here, the power went out. While the power was out there was no light on the smoke detector. To us this meant the detector had no backup system. We considered this very serious (illegal?). We have stayed here many times over 20 years as it is near family and have been very pleased. A nonworking smoke detector is very concerning.

Phone in the room didn't work. TV remote did not work. Said they'd bring a new remote, had me get in myself and when I got there they didn't have a new remote. Asked to move rooms. Gave me keys to new room but locked me out of my current room. Had to go back to the desk to get into my original room, so I could move. New room remote didn't work either! Bed was poor. Had blackout during the night and alarm clock did not have a battery backup. Towels were rough. On the positive, the room was large and breakfast was decent.

in-room refrigerator didn't work but staff accommodated me & kept my meds in their fridge. Vending machines on my floor were out of order. Great location near SFO & Burlingame. Clean, comfortable and convenient parking.
