Great stay for an overnight doctor appointment. I am allergic to fragrances and the bedding was not washed in fragrances. I smelt the floor cleaner in the lobby but tolerant

The moment I checked in(I wanted to check out!)I will Not return to this Hotel!
My room was filthy,nasty,dirty.
It smelled like cigarette smoke,and cheap male" cologne!
There was no microwave in the room,the sheets looked like someone had already slept there,and the bathroom sink had male hair and whiskers laying in the sink.
This room obviously had not been cleaned and set up for the next person.
I could not wait to check out of this place.
It is nasty and run down.
Parking is a joke.
There is no where to park.
Shady people staying there..

The area in which this hotel is is not a safe area trash all over the parking lot every day oh if you need clean towels, you have to bring them the old towels before they will let you have new towels, like I really want their towels at the front desk continuously wouldn’t recommend this to anybody just go back up the street. There’s a lot of nicer hotels for the same price.

Very rundown and shabby. Room was pretty grungy and the grounds and area around the hotel are not in good shape.

The room we stayed in was not clean there was dirt and whatever else in the bed and behind the tv stand was someone else’s clothes we didn’t have any soap or anything to wash our hands. At first it seemed nice but the longer we were there the more things we saw that were gross and dirty.

This was a good motel for the money. Friendly check-in, clean room; reasonably comfortable accommodation. I was only a one night stay, but the room would have been quite acceptable for a longer stay.

When we checked and got into our room it was dirty, hand print on the window, floors were dirty.

One of the most dated extended stays I have ever been too. A dresser for the buffet area.wifi worked on cell but not computer. Would not stay additional nights. For only a couple dollars more you can get wifi somewhere else.

The young man who checked us in, I believe his name was "Lorenzo." He answered all of my questions and appeared to want to make our stay as comfortable & pleasant as possible. He is truly an asset to the hotel and orher staff. I trust these comments will be incorporated in his next Employee Evaluation.

Hotel is run down. And, they would not give us a receipt.for the room charges because it was booked through Expedia. Would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

I attended an event in Larkspur - this location was perfectly situated between the Airport and the Colorado Renaissance Faire. I had a great visit and appreciated the accommodation.

that smell of smoke even though they
are non- smoking rooms. Dirty floors,
walls, shower, and bedding. Some many
reviews from so many sources and
after experiencing a ln hour here. lt's
disgusting here. Boogers on the walls.
Paper stuffed in the area where the fire
extinguisher sprinkers should be. Nasty
staining on the floors and on the walls.
Never will stay in these extended stays
again.

We just like the breakfast in the morning. We did have a hair in the bathtub. Have to aak for a coffee maker. They had no creamer to go with the coffee.

The price was good, but no wonder. Most of the other people staying there had dogs so they were barking off and on. The hall constantly had a bad smell. Even though their policy was no drugs one might it smelled really bad of marijuana in the hall. The location was convenient with so many restaurants in walking distance, a movie theater and even the mall just on the other side of the highway.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen available to simplify our meal preferences. I also liked the fact that they didn't attempt to clean everyday, which made it more relaxed, not having to worry about someone else coming in each day.

People were smoking which made its way into the room. Other guests were loud well past 1am. Sink in room was clogged and couldn’t be used. Reported after arriving and it was never fixed. Tub was dirty. Carpet looked pretty disgusting

Stained sheets. Stained bathtub. No body care products provided. No utensils in the kitchen area. Beds had crumbs and hair all over them. Dirty towels. Couldn’t access building from side doors using room key. Overall felt very dirty and rundown.

First they had me wait for more than half hour it was nobody in the lobby for at least half hour and then when the lady show up I told her I was waiting for 15 to 20 minutes and she say don’t call me a liar I Donely been gone for like five or 10 minutes so she treated me really really bad I do not recommend this place the ladies name is Jean

I purchased a room late-night when stranded at Denver airport. I could only get a Queen. I called to see if they could bring a rollaway for my 22-year old son, as I am his mother, and they said DON'T COME. WE ARE OVERSOLD. WE HAVE NO ROOMS. I CANNOT REFUND YOU, you have to go to Hotels.com. Hotels.com has not refunded after multiple attempts. DON'T RISK IT ON THIS HOTEL.
