It was good for what we needed it for. Older and needed some work, but it had a good bed, and a great shower which both are important to me. Also a coffee pot which rates high with me. The first coffee pot did not work so the lady at the front desk brought me one. We would stay again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help me with my luggage. The hotel looked as though it needs attention: carpet cleaning throughout from what I could tell, and general building maintenance and improvement. Th e continental breakfast was good. (I had the biscuits and gravy.) All the staff was a delight, enough to keep their rating at least a 3.

Arrived late and room was available at good rate. Very polite, efficient front desk. Room was clean. Beds had a soft top and were comfortable, plenty of pillows. No indoor pool. Room had a small microwave and fridge which is helpful.

2 adults, 3 night stay. 1 tiny bar of soap provided. No kleenex. Asked for both Not received. Had to go down and pick them up. Asked for room service. Next day, new towels provided but nothing more except moving the tip request to more prominent place. Only 3 paper coffee cups provided, no water cups, no replacements. Breakfast was cereal or muffin, nothing hot. No dial tone on phone in room. The bed was comfortable. No elevator. Air conditioning worked but very loud. Front desk staff pleasant.

Walls very thin, hardly slept at all!! You can hear the people next door as well as people walking upstairs! Very dingy room with extension cords connecting multiple items. Toilet plugged almost every time you used it. Booked for 3 nights and they were the worse nights of my entire trip. Also, room listed as ADA accessible but tub was too high and room very narrow. Will never stay again that’s for sure!

Facility was clean but overall could stand some updates. My wife is handicapped and we were given a room on the second floor with no elevator available so challenging getting her in. For a senior guest updates would make the experience more convenient and enjoyable

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was a bit outdated, however everything was very clean. Either our neighbors were very loud or the walls are a bit thin. Luckily they got quiet and we were able to get some rest. I would stay here again.

At check in they said breakfast was till 10:00. They said that to several people. 3 people including myself arrived at 9:05 and the lady said they closed at 9:00. She did not reopen after we all said we were told 10;00 and was vey rude about it. Never stay at this hotel.

Exceptional for the price. Check in was a little slow, but that was due to the person checking in before me and that a desk clerk was being trained. When it was actually my turn, I was checked in very quickly. Front desk was very friendly. Furniture in the room is outdated, but very comfortable. Television access is excellent. In room coffee is very good. I rested well. Breakfast options are limited, but as advertised. Overall, this was a very good stay.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of the lobby and hallways. This feeling extended to my room, which was spacious, inviting, and spotless. Crisp linens, fluffy towels, and a sparkling bathroom everything sparkled with care.

Wonderful! I have stayed at may 3 and 4 stars hotels that no way near met my expectation. but this one being only 2 stars exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean. Tammy was very nice. They have definitely earned my business for the future.

The housekeeping staff at Days Inn Battlefield deserves commendation for their dedication to cleanliness. The room was not just clean but it was immaculate. The location was good too. Lots if place to eat in walking distance.

The front desk clerk tried and was extremely courteous. But, the rooms floors were filthy, the mattress cover was stained, the air conditioner/heater grid was missing and dirt where the vent was supposed to be. Thankfully my daughter lived close and I left and stayed at her house. Didn't get a refund.

Don’t bother with this hotel. It is hideous. Nothing in the room worked not the TV not the phone not the microwave. And when I called Hotels.Com, they said their hands were tied unless they, the ones running the hotel offered me a discount for all the problems. Hotels.Com was only willing to give me a $25 gift certificate for a future hotel stay? If they could do that then they could take care of this hotel stay. And this hotel should not be on the list of hotels to choose from.

We've stayed at this hotel previously, but things are not the same. No thermostat in room, it's either heat or a/c or nothing. Fitted sheet was not pulled down on the corners of the bed. Very dim lights. Only bright light was over the sink. Tiny hair dryer overheated after one minute of using. One good thing was plenty of hot water with pressure in the shower. Breakfast used to be waffles and the regular continental fare. Now it's cereal, bananas, yogurt, toast, and granola bars. No hot food. No black tea, only green. Only 1-2 items were put out of at once. Several people came in for breakfast and immediately turned around and left to go to breakfast elsewhere.

The stay was not very friendly at all, the entire property was incredibly hot and I was given the wrong room. When I called the front desk for help I was cut off and basically hung up on.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. A strange man was trying to get in one of our rooms, coincidentally when my (adult) child was there alone. When my husband reported this to the desk, the attendant told him the cameras did not work and were “only for looks”. The rooms are outdated, but also structurally unsound. There’s cracks in the walls and ceiling. And, there’s no elevator. Just gross.

When all you need a room it was great no problems, however one of the covers on one of the beds had three stains and staff quickly gave us another to use. I noticed when taking a shower that the shower gel in the shower on the wall was empty. luckly my wife had some.

Tiny tv,but beds were clean and comfortable. No elevator, so if you have mobility issues ask for a lower level. Friendly service. Biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, juice, muffin breakfast, so if yu are n a low carb diet, not really any options. Overall it was good. We would recommend staying here.

The staff here are so friendly and concise. The rooms have pretty much all you need. I needed a quick place to sleep for the night and I was very satisfied overall. The bed was soft like a cloud haha Some people don’t like that but I slept better than I have in a while. I felt safe and the front desk people are so very charming.
