dated motel with poor wi-fi connection, had dirty bathroom with missing tile and no caulk, bugs in bathroom room 101, burned out lights above sink - long trip to find ice machine Free breakfast was all starches and nothing healthy other than a few apples and oranges to get them by on the cheap Even the Holiday Inn has meat and eggs for that price

We love this place, and we stay here a few times a year when we attend concerts in nearby Franklin, GA. It's an older facility, and this does show here and there, but overall, it's clean, quiet, comfortable.

Entry door to room didn’t seal or close very well, you could see light around door when closed at night. Remote to TV was evidently not a remote intended for the TV. Will not be my first choice for a place to stay when traveling through the city again.

Terrible place to stay. Infested with roaches. They scattered everywhere when I turned the bathroom light on. Staff was friendly but I couldn’t even bring myself to bring my bags in or stay the night in the room because of the bugs.

We waited one hour to check in. The hotel needs more staff at peak check in hours. The breakfast need’s protein items. Nothing butter sugar cereal and pastries

Mouse in room. A/C sucked. 2 guys sitting out front of their door next door to us at 5:15 am smoking pot. Smell came into our room. We just decided to leave. Bed was so uncomfortable. No sleep at all. Never staying there again.

We love this place. This was our third stay. Check-in is always pleasant with friendly front desk people. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable. I can't think of a negative.

Property is older and shows its age. Room smelled a bit musty and not super clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros - 1. Staff is great. Everyone is friendly and nice from check in to check out. 2. Location is great. It is right off the highway and close to several fast food areas. 3. Front desk area is well maintained. Cons - 1. First room i went to smelled horrible with cigarette. The front desk easily switched me. 2. In the new room the Bathroom was dirty. Stains and hair was all over. 3. Pillow cases smelled. 4. Bed linen was not clean. There were even burn marks on the sheets. 5. Breakfast is basic. No eggs or sausage. Overall - If you are looking for somewhere for a night you can chance it. But if i had to stay for more than a night i would not remain. I was exhausted after a 8 hour drive so i didn't have the energy to call Expedia and switch. I may have had the bad luck to get a room not well kept since other people gave such a high cleanliness rating (which is the main reason i booked this hotel).

The exterior needs a power-wash, and the room wasn’t in great shape. We wiped the “wood” surfaces clean from some dried spills. The bedding was very comfy, and the front desk girl was great though.

Comforters had multiple stains upon arriving. Pulled back comforter then see multiple hairs on sheets I assumed had previously been washed. Continental breakfast had hot milk to drink or for cereal etc

I have stayed there many times over the years but I will not be back. The beds should have been replaced 10 years ago. I called other hotels to get another room because I was so uncomfortable in mine. The lack of a proper breakfast was not a good thing either, I used to get breakfast. The coffee pot still had the last customer's coffee in it and the sugar had not been replaced. I could not get the air conditioner comfortable either. My friends who had been coming there for 10 years said they would not return either. We will go to Holliday Inn next year,

Bathroom floor was not clean. Towels smelled like they had probably been washed but they were covered with dark stains that made you doubt their cleanliness. Headboard was covered in fingerprints, nightstand and lamps were dusty and had fingerprints and vanity faucet was not clean. Also, the top lock on the door was broken.
