It was a little bit scary at first of how many rooms we had I had two rooms reserved the young man at the counter said I only had one Ashley the manager got on the line and got it all straightened out Ashley is top notch

We were enjoying at our patio but at 10 pm they start working with very loud machines, the sound was very very loud we called twice at reception she said they are about to finished but they didn’t. We couldn’t sleep till 12 am . We didn’t enjoy

Overall, the stay way amazing, they just need to upgrade a few things, but other than that I slept well and felt safe.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the decor was genuinely nice. The room was clean and comfortable, but the television had a limited channel selection, and the coffee maker didn't work properly.

Staff was excellent. Room had a roughly 60 inch tv with a 40" screen from the early to mid mid 2000's. No hdmi input, only old style VGA. it had 17 channels but only had about 11 channels that were clear enough to view. The rest were either without sound or the static and picture was so bad you couldnt watch it. You would get regular "weak signal" messages on a black screen. Ac worked poorly until i removed about a half pound of lint from its filter. Then it worked great. But I can't say enough about how nice and professional the staff was.

The room was very comfortable. The view was enjoyable from the balcony overlooking the courtyard, where the band was playing and kids playing in the water from the courtyard star. The band shuts down around 10 pm so lot of time to relax and enjoy the tv or sleep. I highly recommend.

Do not stay at this hotel if you have asthma Or other respiratory issues because they use a scent box that pumps artificial fragrance throughout the whole hotel nonstop. I had to sleep with my EpiPen next to my pillow and woke up feeling awful.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. However, housekeeping did not refresh the room after our first night. We made sure to ask them to after the second night.

Staff were friendly & Helpful. VERY limited TV Channels selection (with sound) TV remote had no battery cover. I realize you dont go to Kemah to watch TV, however it was cold outside and I would have like to watch anything on the small TV

I called ahead & specifically asked if restaurants & the boardwalk would be open. I picked up my husband from the airport, he has been working out of town & this was our plan for Christmas Eve. What a huge disappointment! The boardwalk was not only a ghost town but also limited restaurants open. Not what I expected or was led to believe! And to top it off the next morning at 6:30am they were pressure washing & then the music was blasting in the boardwalk! When it’s not even open! Wasn’t even able to sleep in on Christmas Day!!! Horrible experience for a Holiday!

Because the hotel is on the boardwalk, you have easy access to all the attractions: Aquarium restaurant and Sting ray experience, carnival rides, shops and restaurants. So convenient and so nice to have parking in the garage included with the stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Location Location Location. Everything within walking distance. However, TV was really outdated. No hdmi or usb hookup, unable to connect my Fire stick. Walls are super thin, my neighbor was on the phone at 6 AM and I heard all his conversation. Lol. Worst of all my youngest woke up with bug bites. Told them at checkout and they said"thank you".

Great boardwalk. Very odd situation though - the owners do not believe in Wifi. Their TV's are so old that none of them even have HDMI, so forget about bringing your own Roku. You are relegated to 17 local or public channels throughout your stay. How much does it cost to supply entire Inn with wifi? $120 per month, tops. How much for 40 new 5 lb Roku tvs the size of the 80lb ones they already use? $8,000. Update the amenities already. If it werent for the boardwalk itself, you'd get 2 stars.

Everything was great up until bead time, the music on the outdoor speakers never stopped and it sounded like one CD was on repeat. . No room service option and no hotel breakfast was also a downside.

This is a great place to stay when visiting in Kemah. Has a lot of things to do just outside the front door. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location of course. We spent the day on the boardwalk and it was so nice just to walk back up to our room. Watched the live band from our balcony. Exactly what we expected for this stay. Will stay there again.
