Great clean place to stay in the mountains. Love the pool and hot tub. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

The one and ONLY complaint i had was i couldnt connect to the front desk. We had a need and couldn't contact them. The phones just would get a bussy signal. Othe than that, FANTASTIC place to stay.

great customer service. newly remodled beautiful rooms and the rooms are so spacious. Very cozy area. The renovation weren't a problem at all. alot of local food spots near by and only 20 mins from the casinos.

My main issue was there was someone literally running in the room above us at 2am for over an hour. We couldn’t sleep due to the amount of noise. We tried dialing 0 on the room phone to complain to the front desk and it routed our call to a call center?? I will say the room we stayed in was freshly remodeled and very clean. While I didn’t experience too many issues, a lot of other people did during breakfast. The pancake machine was down which upset a lot of people. The beverages ran out well before the end of breakfast. I actually saw one guy get so upset he recorded all the issues he experienced during breakfast. So while their kitchen is being remodeled, this is something I’d caution other guests about. No shortage of eggs and sausage. But milk ran out, juice ran out, water ran out, LONG line at the toaster, and no pancake machine.

Comfortable beds(which is a dble edged sword-great to sleep on, but terrible when looking for a cheaper hotel and worriedabout the bed becauseyou have a bad back) nice "suites" with a couch, refrigerator, and microwave.
Convenient to WCU, however they hike up their prices, by hundreds of dollars, on any weekends that WCU has any major activity.
We have spenr thousands at this property, as my son just graduated after almost 6 years, and they give a minor discounts, but the rooms are almost dble what others in town are.
Also, if you order on Expedia you don't have the option to sign in early..

Room was very nice and comfortable recently remodeled and done very well not just slap some new paint and carpet. Everything in the room looked new. Breakfast was good though seating was limited due to construction and remodeling of the Breakfast area.
The construction was the only reason I removed a star. You should know what your walking into when you book a room, even if it is to make the place better.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again . Our view out the window wasn’t great but not a deal breaker.

The hotel was being renovated. Our room did not have a coffee pot, but I thought it just hadn't been added yet. Nope, I was charged $150 for stealing it! The manager was no help. I called 50 times and the phone was only picked up twice. Once to say we had to talk to the manager, and once with the manager who said I was the only one in the room, even though there had been trash in the corner. I called corporate and they sided with the manager. I will never stay in an IGH property again!

Staff was nice, new construction but walls were paper thin, you could hear every door open and close, people on their phone, etc. Great hot tub and pool. Breakfast was ok.

Our stay was excellent. Staff were very helpful and professional. We had an issue with our toilet, but they were quick to fix the issue. Great stay. Breakfast was great. Even though there was construction, we had no noise issues.

Room was nice and remodeled, but not ready at 4 check-in. Multilple families waiting on their room. First impression when arriving to parking lot was horrifying. Adjacent business looks like a junk yard for old RVs. Not a good first impression. I had hoped it was the remodeling crew, but no.

The place is being renovated. The breakfast was good... eggs, two different sausages. Keurig in the room. But, my room was on the roadside, and I heard highway traffic all the time. It was so loud I checked to make sure the window wasn't open.

Tryed to get in contact with a manager at this location for days. Never was able to get in touch with one. Terrible management. I will not revise my feedback. These are the facts!!!

Nice clean renovated room! Soft sheets! Nice lobby. Only negative was the old campers for sale near the parking lot. Convenient to Western Carolina. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! No complaints whatsoever! Clean, updated room, comfortable bed, decent complimentary breakfast options, and best of all, indoor swimming pool! As grandparents on a mountain adventure with our grandkids, it came in very handy to pass time between excursions!

Everything was great except they show cribs are available, I sent a message and they said they’d have a crib in the room, and we arrived at 11pm and were told they don’t have cribs at all. We didn’t bring a pack n play (since they confirmed the crib), so it was $400 for a very rough night of sleep.

I’ve stayed here before a couple years ago while traveling with family. This visit I was able to enjoy the upgrades to the facility. Both visits were pleasant.

It was just “ok” we asked for a late check out upon checking in, in which the lady was totally fine with and she was very nice and friendly. At check out normal time (11) we had someone knocking on our door, explained to him we had a late check out and he said ok. My husband took our bags to the car and here comes the guy AGAIN opening our door while me and the kids were still in the room. It felt weird and uncomfortable. Probably won’t stay here again just because of that. Keep in mind the hotel was practically EMPTY so why did he park his cart in front of our door seemingly rushing us…..

Nice staff, clean room. You have to drive 10 minutes to go anywhere for food unless you want to eat at the gas station next door. The hotel does have a very full snacks/drinks store in the lobby. It's about 10 minutes to Sylva and 15 to Western Carolina. I personally just don't like being isolated but it's a nice hotel if you need a break as we did on our trip.

Some of the bath towels were worn thin and had holes in them. When entering the room for the first time, there was a strong chemical smell. Likely from a cleaning solution but it was a strong odor. The fire pit outside the guest rooms needs to be removed. The smoke comes into the rooms and smells as if you are standing next the fire pit. Initially, we thought the hotel was on fire. That is how prominent the smoke was. It was able to permeate the guest room, even with closed windows & curtains. The breakfast was the only best feature.
