Always check what they charge you from minibar and additional services a is not always correct..sauna not in good conditions.

Good points: walking distance to supermarket and shopping area. Breakfast, Room and facilities (gym and swimming pool) . Receptionist conversant in English and helpful
Need to improve: Elevator speed 😴 , hotel transfer. Only 110volts outlet available. I have move to a nearby hotel just because I need to charge my battery. My charger was not auto volt.

This hotel to me was very functional. Close to the airport, had everything I needed. The room-service food was very good, and I could swim laps in the pool. It's not the most luxurious place, but great value for money.

Stay in the hotel for 3 days during the Covid 19 pandemic. Very clean place. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. Most important very good location close to gru airport.

Room was very dark and neighborhood is bad mostly industrial area.Room
And bedding was not good at all.Airport service was convenient.Could be better.There is a orthodontist office in side the hotel

I enjoyed my stay, great size of room very comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. Location is convenient rather than good...Sao Paulo.

Close to airport. Best hotel in the area. Affordable prices. Staff is very helpful all the time. I always stay there if I have an early departure or late arrival. Do not expect luxury or super new furniture but hotel is clean with good basic services (pool, small fitness center and a restaurant). Recommended

It is just what you need for an overnight. Confortable, nice restaurant, good service to and back to the terminals. Check you ask for your receipt on check out as I was debited in my credit card even I had paid cash the little stay expenses (not the stay that was paid on arrival) They are returning the undue charge today (they promised)

It has all you need to stay overnight until your next flight. It has the minimum you need, and not only breakfast is good, but also, meals, a very confortable room, the pick up and delivery to the airport is accurate and punctual.

No food after 10pm. In two times I had problems with the shuttle, with the front desk, with room smelling Tobacco and with the checkout. Too much to me.

We were in this hotel on way back to Europe for one night. Very convenient transport from the airport to the hotel was included in the rate, on the way back a smal fare was billed. NIce pool on the 22nd floor, to relax before traveling further. The Breakfastbuffet was a normal standard all was o.k.

1. Dreadful noise each night at 3 am. 50 PLUS gather outside hotel with LOUDSPEAKERS blaring. Management called police. Police reported that Guarulhos City has no noise ordinance- THUS no stopping it
2. Extremely expensive restaurant fitted out like a school or I imagine prison eatery. Ordered white Sauvignon Blanc wine- Brought us a RED Cabernet Sauvignon. They went back to find the Sauvignon white- In racks- UN colled- we cancelled the wine took a beer.
3. Bus to the airport only on the hour, not less thus LONG wait at the airport
4. 500 hotels later, this is the slowest internet EVER found. Management agreed but blamed the region- MARRIOTT close by however, is fast

There are better options and closer to Guarulhos airport if you are looking for that convenience. There are not good restaurants in the neighborhood and the staff only speaks Portuguese (not even Spanish). If you only need to spend the night there to catch a read eye flight, then you would be OK.

Good, clean hotel. Near the international airport, so convenieint for early AM departures. Restaurant is OK; nice bar. Owner friendly.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a nights layover at the Guarulhos airport. It was cheap, but the hotel was super nice. It was only a couple blocks from the big supermarket and easy to walk to a couple restaurants.
