Leaking A/C on carpet. Rooms need updating

The room was so nasty and dirty the sink was stopped up the tub had smell coming from it the carpet looks like it was never clean it was sticky and hard at the same time the desk chair had all kinds of old new stains on it the bed had what appeared to be clean sheets however once they were pulled back hair was all over it this was the worst night stay this should have been a 2 night we left the next day only reason we stayed overnight was the long drive we had coming from Atlanta we handed the young lady back to room keys and noticed that we never got a receipt she never cleared the account not sure what’s going on there hopefully we aren’t charged for anything else

The pool was cold and the bed was very uncomfortable but the room size was wonderful and it was clean. They served a complimentary breakfast which is helpful.

Pretty nice hotel BUT very slow elevators and “free breakfast” ran out of coffee!
My emailed receipt didn’t show the total room charge - only that my balance was zero. This doesn’t work as a business receipt. Tried calling several times but no one answers the phone…

The stay overall was just ok however I went there for rest and the bed was absolutely horrible it felt like I was lying on ply wood and my body hurt from kneck to lower back not cool at all for the price of the stay

The hotel was fine and good location to meet our needs (centrally located to get to both the Cajundome and the airport easily). Big complaint however about check-in. Room was not ready when we arrived 30 minutes after check-in time and this appeared to be the case for several people checking in. They had a wait list for rooms and I was #13 on the list. They couldn’t tell me how long the wait would be. After driving in and hoping to relax before our event this was frustrating. About an hour later they called that the room was ready and asked if we were checking in. I told them we had gone out to eat because the room wasn’t ready. They didn’t know how to respond and just hung up. I travel quite frequently and this was a first to not have enough rooms ready for check-in time. Just beware.

Liked the breakfast and staff courtesy. Somehow got put in a suite room. Didn't care for the mod chrome and formica furniture or general bare look.

This booking was last minute for a family death and it was perfect. The staff was super nice. The room was spacious and clean. The BREAKFAST what a way to start the day!!

I was given no seniors discount! Kids unsupervised in room above us! Made noise 12 to 4 in the morning,loud, I called 4 times and went down stairs! Many people called and next morning at breakfast people complained about noise, running jumping breaking things? I have 10 grand children and we have never left kids unsupervised in a hotel room! I came to get away and I’m worse off than before I came! Very disappointed and won’t use Expedia again ! Was not allowed to receive a receipt either! A first! First time to disappointed in a hotel! My family & I stayed two nights here & it was a really good experience overall. Everyone was polite and nice from the desk staff to the housekeepers. The rooms were comfortable and had a fresh smell. The beds were very comfortable as well. My children enjoyed the added feature of the nightlight in the bathroom & I loved the fact that the door slid open between the bathroom and closet to allow that light to come into the sleeping area. I hate the feeling of a super dark hotel room & this made the room feel super comfortable. The continental breakfast selection was superb & the eating area was super clean! There was an issue with our toilet and maintenance was sent quickly. The issue was fixed quickly as well. Extra towels were also requested & came quickly.
The downsides for me are as follows: no microwave in our room & the bathroom floor was sticky and possibly dirty (since my feet showed signs of it when I stepped into the shower). However, I appreciated the refrigerator in the room.
Overall, it was a great experience & we will be back if we’re in the area again.

I loved everything about the hotel. Have not one complaint. Me and my boys really enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Not far to drive for entertainment. Staff was very polite and welcoming.I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I will most definitely stay there again

Nice property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had challenges with a new check-in system so we had trouble getting key cards, but other than that, room was great; breakfast was descent.

Everything was great except for the fact that I rented this room to use the pool on Saturday. When we tried to go to the pool on Saturday it was closed and it did not open until very late that afternoon. When I called earlier in the day, I was given the impression that it would not be opening at all on Saturday!!!

The front desk clerk was very nice. The property seems to be in good condition. However the inside of the shower curtain had several strands of long brown hair which proved to be quite disgusting. Not what I’d expect at a Hilton property. The housekeepers have to do better.
