The property is clean, staff service is excellent. Food was horrible. Quality bad, no options whatsoever, presentation horrible. It was good enough to survive. Their excuse was the low season but the hotel orice was the same as regular season. Low season didn’t have anything to do with having terrible food

Our concierge Luis was wonderful, very helpful in every way. He did everything for us. The dining staff Julio, Carlos, Pablo. Everyone was very good and attended to all your dining needs. Our pool concierge Jorge was so fun and entertaining and of course very helpful. All the pool staff, Raymundo,Nadia, Hector and all the staff were great and attentive to all our needs at poolside. I highly recommend a wonderful vacation at the Grand Velas. A very special place. If you are unhappy with something they will go out of their way to fix it for you. Love our vacation.

Their master suites are mini suites in reality. Their guests with kids and adult are mixed so it’s not quiet for adults to relax. Restaurants and pull derive was very nice.

As usual this property was AWESOME! it is a bit pricey but they do go the extra mile! We were able to check out at 2 pm even on a short notice to hotel. We will DEFINITELY be back soon!

I loved everything about this property except.....I felt it was VERY VERY overpriced for what you got. We have stayed in some nice resorts and this one was nice but not worth the money they were asking. It is more of a $500 a night stay. Loved everything about it. I just wish I would of been able to see a review that said that it was overpriced. This price is more for a Four Seasons experience.

Best all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at! Truly a 5 star experience from everything to the food to the service. 24 hour concierge is assigned to you upon arrival for any of your needs during your stay. The food was AMAZING, every dish we had was even better than the last. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and you can tell they paid attention to every detail. I will never stay at any other resort during my stays in puerto Vallarta!

This property was amazing for my family and I! We brought kids with us, and they really cater to families. The pool never felt crowded, the beach was easy to access, and the all-inclusive aspect was so easy. All of the dining options were great! The service at every level was firing on all cylinders. Carlos with the beach activities was great, Israel and Gilberto with the pool-side service was amazing, and our concierge, Mario, was also amazing! There were many others I have left out as well, but we did not have a single negative experience. Would highly recommend this resort!

All inclusive actually means everything is included (even 24/7 room service), so we were extremely happy with everything. The kids and teen clubs/activities were amazing to provide my wife and I some alone time while the kids enjoyed time with new friends. The area is extremely safe, and there are running lanes on the street for those who want to go for a morning run before starting their day at the pool side or beach. The waves are awesome for anyone who surfs/boogie boards. The concierge service was incredible and personally ensured we were set for all dinner reservations and events. The gym had everything you need with plenty of machines and free weights! Definitely check out Frida's restaurant and partake in the guacamole with the traditional Mexican proteins :-)

We went as a family to this resort this July (2022). This was rated 5 star !!! Our experience was definitely not 5 star. Let me explain with few pointers 1. Food was very bad quality and taste. The juices are all fake. If you ask for mango juice, you will get an audit rated version with Orange Juice. The orange juice is diluted with water. No good food options available except the 2 beach side place, which does NOT have any quality food 2. We got locked out of our suite like 4 times due to battery issues with the lock and have to wait like 20 to 30 mins for the staff to come and change the batteries and the same thing happen the next day…so annoying. 3. The TV service is very spotty and does not work. Most of the time many channels will just give audio with some wallpaper 4. The staffs at the beach are very rare to see and very poor service. You can hardly find staffs serving in the cabanas and beaches. You got to go in and find someone and if we go, they ask us to put the shoes to enter the beach restaurant. Crazy staffs. Also if you order 4 things, you will get two Please save yourself and book some other place. We will never go here ever…

Food tasted horrible, restaurant needs to change their policy. I walked in with hermes sandals with nice shirt and jeans and staff didn't allow us to dine, because my toes were open. They should realize it’s vacation tropical place, I wasn’t going to wear shoes in a very hot environment. Very sexist to allow females and not males. Also place dies down around 8pm and there isn’t anything to do. Everything closes around 10

I was not expecting that a 5 star resort will have water outages and internet issues, honestly the staff are super nice and customer service is amazing, but that resort needs major upgrades! The coffee machine inside the room was also out of service… I was not satisfied!
