The owners are awesome! They are very nice and take pride in their hotel which you can see by how good of a condition and clean everything is. Love that they allow you to use beach chairs/umbrellas. Great location! Entry to the beach right across the street and free parking! Would stay here again for sure!

I had a lovely welcome at reception when I arrived & was escorted to my suite which was larger than I expected with kitchen, dining & living room. George was also on hand & took my 2 cases to my room & also drove my car to the parking area for me while I was shown around this fab hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Sun Harbour. As recommended I went to Flanagan's restaurant around the corner for my evening meal & was not disappointed. The food was very good & I enjoyed my night. 1st time in Bal Harbour & I wish I had booked more than 1 night. If I go in that area again I would definitely book to go back.

Excellent value for money. The service was second to none. Vanessa and Louis could not have been more helpful. Very thorough checkin. The room was more like an apartment with all the usual facilities. Excellent location for dining, shopping and beach. Free use of beech chairs, umbrellas and towels.

The staff was unbelievable. My flight came in very late and they arranged for my room to be accessible and for me to park easily in the middle of the night. They also allowed me to leave my car in its parking spot for a few hours after check-out. Fantastic service and very very clean! Would definitely recommend.

This was such a great place to stay. I loved having extra space and walking to the beach or shopping. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for sure!

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room was large, clean, updated with a full kitchen. Free onste parking. Family setting and pretty design. Nice pool and a five minute walk to the beach. Close to stores, restaurants, mall and just about whatever you might need.

One night stay since we were traveling on to Key West. This little hotel was great. Clean and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. Check in was simple and super friendly. I even received a call the day prior to check on my arrival time so everything was ready. The pool is small but was clean, warm, and peaceful. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location steps away from Bal Harbor mall and the beach. Restaurants in walking distance and a Starbucks for your morning coffee nearby. Bed,pillows and linens were also excellent. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Fabulous location & value. Luis was extremely accommodating and helpful. Loved the pool, courtyard seating area, use of beach chairs & umbrellas. We will definitely return to this hidden gem.

Excellent location. Older property but clean and well kept. Excellent staff. We liked the fact that it is more of an apartment hotel than a full service hotel. Bed was wonderful. Housekeepers so kind to us. Nothing negative to say. Oh and the price is quite reasonable for Miami Beach.

We loved the free parking and easy access to the beach. The variety of wonderful restaurants within walking distance was incomparable! The managers were welcoming and warm.

Look no further! Book this hotel! Would recommend this hotel especially if you want to stay near the beach. Parking at the back of the hotel. Perfect apartment with kitchen one and a half bath , living room and bed from heaven. Wow and let's talk about excellent service.

Excellent hotel in perfect location. Close to great dining, shops and beach! Service by Vanessa was excellent as she personally made check in a breeze and took us to the room to make sure we understood amenities and answered any questions. Poring rain when we arrived and Jorge met us when we arrived with umbrella in hand!

This hotel was so much more than I expected. Do not expect a hotel room. It is a renovated apartment building with an entire one-bedroom apartment. I loved it. Luis and George were so helpful. I can't wait to come back.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! The room/mini apartment was outstanding! My time there was great..though the plane crash on the bridge did cause a huge back up, so please take into account if there’s any accidents in the area u maybe stuck in traffic..I sat in traffic for an extra 20mins for a 5min drive sooo lol Just Walk. Regardless the hotel was very relaxing! We walked to the beach and to the mall plus many stores right behind the hotel. I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! I literally can’t get over it and for one night very cheap but worth it! Thank you Vanessa!!

Great location, one block from the beach and one block from Starbucks and a high end mall. Very pleasant staff. Enjoyed the outdoor seating in the courtyard!

Great stay! Louis the manager was beyond helpful. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. Easily enough space for a family of four. The free use of beach towels and chairs was a lovely touch. Lots of places to eat literally around the corner from the hotel. Amazing designer shops just on the doorstep. Felt like a very safe area. Would highly recommend.

We had a suite, which was like a small apartment which included a kitchen with fridge, stove and dishwasher, dining area, living room.

It was an amazing stay that is very affordable for the location. Customer service was wonderful, the room was great, very clean and cozy, free parking, a lot of food options in walking distance and a cvs right behind you. I would stay again 10/10
