Room was dirty & the air conditioner was NOT working!!! Only 1 elevator was working & it broke down on the 1st night!

HVAC barely worked at night and stopped working completely at 4am sweating till the morning.
This hotel is old and badly in need of a renovation. They are several newer choices in the area for the same price.

They do not clean rooms until u check out , we went up there to get towels and wash rags and they disnt have any clean . Rooms need cleaning daily .

We have stayed here many years. The front desk and the enployees are very sweet and very helpful. It is very run down and needs some love. Horrible smell by the fitness room, no towels for the pool, shower handle was broken, sink was all rusty in our room, and the hook on the bathroom door had been broken off as well. Breakfast was very limited.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. This was the first time we were disappointed. The whole hotel was filthy, outdated, and has just changed over the past couple of years. There was mold all over the bathroom, food on the lobby floors, broken elevator, and very outdated rooms.

The room was clean but the rest of the facility was filthy and falling apart.

Personnel very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. It is obvious that the building needs some sprucing up. Fresh paint or new wallpaper and carpet replacement in some areas.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Short stay in middle of long road trip. Bed was terrible, made for difficult night with many interruptions. Also heard barking dog above us. Disappointing condition of the hall and room. We selected a Hampton expecting better

The hotel is very dated. I expected modern accommodations given the cost of the room. The rug was filthy and wall paper was peeling from the walls. I was on the second floor. The floor squeaked as I walked around and there was a soft spot in the floor close to the kitchenette. Hardware adorned rust spots. My bad a lot of noise when I would get in and out of bed. Staff was amazing, Outside area was clean and the small pool area was nice.

It’s was ok. It was overpriced for the stay. Some areas smell terribly you can tell they’ve renovated an old hotel but haven’t kept up with it

The room was pretty old and rundown. When I got in the shower, there was no soap in the soap dispenser, so I could not wash myself. When I opened the pullout couch, there were no sheets, comforter, or pillow for the bed. The TV was not working. When I called and asked for a refund because I was not satisfied with the room, they would not give it to me. I will not stay here again or recommend anyone else stay there.

Had to run the air and heat alternating to make it livable.
The thermostat fan toggle is broken off so cannot run the fan only. Very poor.

We arrived to be informed that they had cleaned the room carpets. Our room carpets were wet and my wife slipped walking into the bathroom and fell. We used digital key and no advance info was provided to know this cleaning was being done. The smell was unpleasant and conditions unacceptable.

The room was dusty and I woke up this morning with a swollen and itchy arm. Something bite me while sleeping. I notified the lady upon checkout she didn't appear to be concerned. If my arm is still swollen when I get home I'll see my doctor.

Staff was friendly but upon arrival there was an issue with the toilet from the previous guest, we had to call for maintenance to clean up the bathroom. After that, in the morning there was a cockroach on the floor in the bathroom.

Omg, the musty smell, the spotted couch , the ceiling had a horrible leakage stain(they had patched the repair work), had to hold the toilet level down until it completely flushed and the matress was very worn-out.

The hotel is obviously old and in serious need of renovation. The first room TV controller didn’t work and there was no channel guide. The bed mattress sagged and squeaked. All the carpets were worn and appeared dirty. The second room was some better. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We always try and stay at Hampton Inn because they are always well kept and clean. This Hampton Inn needs some remodeling our room was clean but in tough shape

The Bathroom Tub was Filthy with Pubic Hair and dirt.The living room area under the Table or Desk had Trash under it.Doesn't look like it's been Vacuumed in a while.I reported this Uncleanness to the Night and Day Shift Front Desk Attendant Immediately.The Room was Room 234.

The rooms were dirty and had hair all over the bathroom. First room the air did not work and after 2 hours it was still 76 in the room. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. She moved us to another room. While the air worked in that room it was just as dirty and dingy as the first. Hair in the bathroom, mold all over the ceiling. The second room was off the elevator and we listed to a child run back and forth to the elevator for an hour slamming doors in between. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Place needs a lot of maintenance. Wallpaper coming off walls in many places.
Was told upon checking in (rather unpleasantly) that my Hilton rewards were not accepted since the booking was thru a third party. This was news to me. Rather irritating .

Wallpaper was coming off of walls in hallway. Carpet was heavily soiled in hallway. Furniture in room was soiled and outdated. Water did not get very hot when taking shower. Light was broken and bulb was just sitting on base with shade resting on top. If that had been my first experience with Hampton, I would not return! Very disappointed! I have stayed at many Hampton’s and never before experienced one so outdated and that needed so many repairs! I will not return to that one!

Mattress should have been replaced years ago. Like sleeping in a taco shell. Pillows smelled like an old man. Carpets in common areas dirty and worn out. Front desk found it amusing that the sun blinds (west facing) room did not operate.
On my list to never stay at sgain. Better nights rest sleeping in car!
