Everything was very good rated 4 stars to leave room for exceptional service

The Borgata used to be a place I enjoyed. Now everything is way more over priced than ever. Service was not great. Room service is barely open and when it is they leave you on hold forever. Once I was on hold so long when they came back they said they were closed. This casino needs to go back to the old ways when they put people first. And there’s no entertainment during the week.

Stayed with friends and we had a blast. Clean, safe and upscale. awesome service. Will definitely visit again.

We cluld not breath because of all tue smoke , the dealers were rude the people atvthe tables we rude ....this place overall sucked...

It enjoyed my stay! Everything that I needed was there. If I'm in AC I will be staying here again.

Great gambling area with a variety of limits starting as low as $15. Hotel and room was clean, well taken care of with good security. Excellent service from all the employees - quick, accommodating, and professional. Wish there were more shops and stores, but what was there was good. Nice indoor pool with hot tub. Excellent gym. Would definitely come back.

Amazing experience . Will definitely stay again. Wish the pool was adults only. That green pool was full of toddlers and kids. No way I was going in there lol

Everything was clean and neat as always. It might be helpful for them to have family floors and non family floors.... at least for while kids are out of school. I was woken up everyday at 7am by kids running and screaming up n down the hallway... for HOURS. I had to get security to get them to stop!

Did not get the king bed that I reserved instead we stayed in a room with two queens. Then at checkout there was a surprise $35 a night fee for the resort. Otherwise great place to stay.

I wish there was more food available at night.

Great rooms, clean and updated, fun stay

I don't want to be too critical but there was no liquid soap in the shower and the toilet did not flush. This was not really discovered until the next morning and there really was no point contacting them about this. The only other observation was that the TV flickered in and out and "pixilated" quite a bit. This is not an inexpensive hotel (>$500) on a Saturday night.

Check-in staff was friendly and very efficient. Took less than 5 minutes. Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Dinner at American Bar and Grill was outstanding. Servic e was excellent. No one was rushing you even tbough we were the last seating.

Pool area was really nice, closes at 7pm but the heated pool was a little colder than expected The casino area smelled really bad because of all of the smoking they allowed in the casino area. We were in the non smoking part and still smelled cigars and everything else that people smoke. Leaving the area we basically need a car or public transportation to get to anywhere, there’s nothing walking distance, secondly the boardwalk everyone talks about is GHETTO.

Property was nice. Spa was great service but I’ve been to a lot nicer. Felt like quantity over high quality. Dinner at B -Steak house was underwhelming. Quality has gone down. Steaks were ok no where near the high end quality expected

Walls across rooms are so thin that it is impossible to fall asleep through the discussions of next door neighbors.

I don’t know what the type is about this place. I came here to celebrate my birthday. I got a suite room looking to sleep in a kings size bed, but to my surprise it was a damn queen the same size bed at home. False advertisement. I had to switch my room due to the refrigerator not working, room not properly cleaned. Jessica the front desk lady was great and very understanding to my complaints. She switched my room. I had to call house keeping more than three times for bags for the trash cans in the room and for tissue. I ordered room service for breakfast. The food came cold and not fully cooked. I Had to wait for the other have of my breakfast to come back up. By that time I already lost my appetite. The hallway always had specks of garage on the floors. The only thing that was good about this place was the indoor pool and hot tub. Would I recommend No!

Beautiful property the staff was amazing! You may need a car to get around, but there was plenty to do at the hotel.
