Our room key card would only work once and then we would need to switch it, we know that can be from having it near other cards or your phone so we would keep it away but it was still a problem!

Can improve on the rooms' cleaning (floors) and on the bath tub' used water discharge drain (line needs a flush). Gym facilities can improve. Breakfast were good but can improve. Hotel has a good location. Parking is good too. On a 10 scale a give it a 7.

The first room had some smell from cleaning. Receptionist offered another room, which smells fresher. Took 5 minutes for everything.

Stayed here for one night woke up throughout the night feeling itchy woke up to bed bugs all over the bed

Really I rest at last night 2023 in this place quiet. only my key was deactivate early and when I go to the breakfast and come to my room was needed come back to the front desk to activate when the representative ask me if I have check out this day. But the rest was good experience.

Good shuttle service to the NYC cost is good $14 per person round trip. Hotel is ok but for the price I would look elsewhere. Rooms are renovated but not well and rooms at first glance look clean but issues with clogged hair in drains etc. No good food service at facility restaurant never opened.

Overall satisfied with the room, breakfast and staff. Everyone friendly, room cleaned daily. No issues.

Door not close, very very noise

The hotel didn’t feel safe. It said no smoking and the room smelled of smoke a lot.

The place is nice and the breakfast is really really good but the staff at the front desk definitely need training; they are rude and dismissive, they don’t seem to have a clue about customer service.

The manager was no a good person

Unfortunately everything was disastrous with the customer service at lowest and thinnest walls that still give me nightmares. The receptionist was on a personal call while he was talking to me and checking me in, hence he first gave me a key that did not work. I returned, and then he gave me a key to the room already occupied by someone else. Then, when i went downstairs yet again, he gave me a key to a room that had dirty bed sheets on the floor. Also, our room was next to a room, where likely some adult movie was being recorded, because everything from the lady's obnoxious screaming to actual physical touch sounds could be heard as if we were in the same room. We had a 5 year old with us! Horrendous. Lastly, not being aware the hotel room above ours had a dog in their room that kept walking all night, i was so terrified it was a rat or some sort of an animal, that i could not sleep, thinking it is walking somewhere behind a wall in our room. Really very very dissapointed in Days Inn, and definitely never again! I will not even mention their breakfast with no flavor and no freshness and limited options. I will never be able to recommend this property to anyone. Do not get fooled by lovely pictures like I did.

Property not very clean. Shower had hair in it. Floors were dirty. Vebding machines not working or filled. Breakfast was same thing everyday. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper not stocked.

We stayed 1 night as on a business trip close to this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrades made to king size room & the beautiful bathroom it had. Such pretty accommodations & flooring & tile. Very clean. Fancy TV with electric fireplace making it comfortable & romantic.

My daughters room was infested with bed bugs and staff acted as if this was normal they refused to refund my money for the rooms and replaced us another room which was worse less uncomfortable

we found cockroaches in the room, we had to stay because it was already late but sanity should take a look at the place. I will NEVER stay again.

The hotel is updated and in nice condition for a 2.5 star hotel. Easy to access the city from this location.

We killed no less than 8 bugs in our room. When we brought it to the front desk attention, their response was that they have not had any complaints about our room but other rooms they are aware of. Also, there is an automatic charge for a safe, regardless of use. Its the guests responsibility to inform the hotel to waive the charge.

Saw cockroaches in the room. The bathroom had rusted things. No breakfast options for vegetarians except bread jam and fruits.

Thanks to KEN for helping us process our luggage and among other things. He’s very helpful and willing to go the extra mile I will definitely come back and stay again

The view isn't much in this location. Staff is attentive. Vending machine ate my money. The bed looked and felt luxurious. Loved how clean my room and bath looked and felt.

Room cleaned once on a 4 night stay... Marijuana smell coming from other rooms. Breaker popped and it took over 2 hours to get it working again. Stale breakfast. Nothing good to say exept that employees servives was decent.

A very pleasant, convenient and comfortable stay my second time at this hotel. I am pleased with the generosity and care of the staff at this hotel, and expect to return in the future.
