Was disappointed that the hot tub was out of service, but other than that everything was great. The breakfast was really good and kid approved!

Receptionist walked away from the desk as I walked up, without explanation. Came back 5 minutes later, disinterested in helping me check in. That was my first impression of this hotel. I won’t stay there again.

Hotel right off the highway in Meridian. Bed was so comfortable, soft linens. Free parking. Front desk very kind. Flavored water when you walked in. We would stay again!

Hotel was nice and comfortable.
Only one small problem with toilet kept running. Had to wait a day to till maintenance came to fix it.
Otherwise everything was good 👍.

Great staff, clean, well maintained, large comfortable rooms. Indoor pool, great complete breakfast. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel if you find yourself in the area. You won't be sorry.

The hotel was amazing and the bed yall will not be disappointed talk about comfort. You definitely feel comfort when staying there for sure. I would go back in a heart beat.

My room was well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious and the eating area has a nice layout along with windows to enjoy the sunrise. Good off street parking and safe feeling.

I think this is one of the most pleasant, comfortable and nice hotel we have stayed. Clean, the beds were awesome, very well located, friendly personal. We will definitely be back to this one.

The lady that helped me on Friday night when I checked in was awesome. The lady on Saturday night when I had an issue with my microwave was not so helpful. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

We just needed a cozy bed for a night on a long road trip. I was so pleased with the comfort of the king bed. Not too hard (which most hotels beds are) and not too soft. The carpets seemed to need a good cleaning, but the room itself was clean!

I have never waited 40 minutes to just check into a room that I have pre-booked in my life and I travel quite often. Customer service-wise, if you have a line of people just wanting to simply check-in (no changes) which takes less than 5 minutes per person vs a large group that has a declined card, wanting to switch rooms around, have specific wants and needs, hotel maintenance issues, etc, etc… you should politely ask the group to let you help the remaining customers who have been waiting for an abnormal amount of time, and then proceed to continue on with the group so everyone remains happy and has a good first impression. We will stay elsewhere next time with all the options in close proximity.

The hotel was good and clean for our stay. The staff was mostly great with one exception. On one day of our stay we were approached by an extremely rude manager. We were in line getting our breakfast when she came over and made us sit down with no food for several minutes as they finished a “photo shoot”. So we sat, and waited for her to let us known when we could get our free continental breakfast. She never returned just grabbed herself some breakfast and went to sit in her office. I think current guests should be the priority and our amenities we paid for should top their promotional events.

This Hotel was super clean, quiet, had good service and breakfast. The only downside is that we have two small dogs that we had to leave at the Kennel because it's cheaper to leave them there. $50 Per dog is gouging. If you charge that much, you should inspect rooms before and after. If nothing is wrong with the room, you should refund half of the dog charge. $25 per dog seems fair if nothing went wrong.

Really well maintained facilities. Comfortable amount of space for a family of five. Excellent breakfast. On a two night stay, housekeeping went in and refreshed towel and remade the beds. So nice. Beds are comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Have stayed here multiple times. Will stay here again! Clean, very quiet, and the indoor pool/hot tub is top priority for my kids! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, many options to choose from. It felt like home.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. For what we paid, this was a great value. Only two issues: the key card system isn't working well and it took over 20 minutes to get into the room with the help of the clerk, and the noise from the highway was excessive.

We stayed here to visit with our kids in the area for my husband's birthday. The rooms were spacious and clean. Although we arrived at breakfast quite late both mornings, the breakfast was OK. The first morning, the eggs left were dry and uninteresting. The second day the staff wanted to go home so badly that she allowed the omelets to run out. She kindly brought out more just for us.
