Good room for the price; breakfast was adequate; easily accessible from the highway; shopping center next door

Hotel is very dated and worn. Front desk staff seemed inconvenienced that I was trying to check in. The heat in my room had been turned off and was ice cold when I arrived. I was also told that I would have to pay an additional $2.50 per night because I booked on Hotels.com. They fail to realize the room would have been empty those nights if I hadn't found them on Hotels.com. Raise your room price by $2.50 if it means that much to you. Don't nickel and dime me when I check in.

My room was nice and the property was very clean. The front desk clerk was helpful. I was able to have my dog stay with me for a reasonable charge. This location is very convenient to I-395 and the casinos.

Overall the start of the stay was great, check in was easy and getting everything to our room was great but there was a smell in the room that was making me sick, we had to leave early anyhow but I don’t think I would have made it through the night here anyhow. The carpet felt consistently moist and there was a group of Hispanic speaking individuals who were yelling in Spanish and banging on our door trying to get in. We concluded they were drunk but it still made us feel extremely unsafe. The bathtub also didn’t work, the pullout tab to close the drain felt like it was going to snap off in my hand. The pool was also really really tiny, which isn’t an issue but just in case anyone was wondering. At the start of our stay as well there were people outside banging on our window from the outside. I’ll probably never stay here again but if you need to as a stop to getting somewhere and out of necessity, it’s not the worst place to stay.

We arrived to our room and it had an overpowering smell of cigarettes. It was so disgusting that we went to the grocery store and bought disinfectant and fragrant sprays. We also had to buy bug sprays because there was flies and fruit flies flying around. In the morning we realized the handle was broken in the shower/tub so we had no water. They switched us to another room. This room did not have a tobacco smell so it was better however the tub would not fill in this room. I have a back injury and take baths versus showers. All in all I would not come back to this hotel.

Property advertised exercise room but it was filled with construction equipment and could not be used. Also no soap available for washing machines. VERY limited breakfast items and ALWAYS the same every day. Housekeeping service only every 3rd day and we were NOT told this on check on. They did accommodate our request for servce every other day. I did not check to see if this incurred additional charges.

The hotel was very clean amd quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was adequate. Waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and breakfast sandwiches. My only disappointment was with the bathroom. The water temp was hard to regulate in the shower. The bathroom fixtures should be replaced. Having said that i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room was nice, but this was an unusual find in the bathroom. Whoever did the plumbing for them on the tub, definitely didn't know who to install a faucet.
The "breakfast included" was limited to all carbs, with the exception of some yogurt and very green bananas. LOL

It was without normal conveniences, like a microwave, ice on floors, windows that could open. The a/c was not working and it was hot.
The fire alarms went off and we were in lobby while the firemen looked for cause.

Room clean but curtains had a huge hole torn in them. Shower was Luke warm at best and the heat lamp in the bath was i inoperable.

I’ve been in a lot of hotels due to travel; it’s always a toss up what the experience will be like until arriving. The motel is in the middle of a growing town and I’m from a well populated city with well over 200k people. I understand if a pipe is burst and unable to be fixed the same day. Thankfully this motel is not facing those issues. The only things I did notice was the slow of how Tom he toilet drained and the tea maker in the room was leaking so I informed the clerk. They have a breakfast, it may not be a whole buffet, I am grateful for anything they provided, some motels don’t even offer breakfast when they say they do. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. I would stay there again.

The weight room was closed and full of TVs. The staff was very rude. The breakfast was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very dissatisfied!!!

Room was clean? Staff was nice. Limited breakfast not much to choose from. The pattern of the rug going up steps throws you off almost fell..looked like they might be renovating lots of boxes around. Also the window in room had a crack

I give this hotel a 5 star for cleanliness and comfort. The people at check-in were very friendly and because it was a cold day even their common areas were heated. We would definitely book here again next year.

Nothing was working properly in the room. It smelled bad and there was no hot water I had to take a shower with cold water and I got sick now. One of the reason that I picked this hotel was that they have gym, breakfast. But no gym! no breakfast. Gym was out of order, breakfast was only cereal, coffee and fruit. If it was possible, I’d get my money back. Total disaster

The room smelled horrible. there where stains everywhere. the toilet tank took hours to fill up so of it didnt flush correctly, you had to wait to try again. Also, the light switch turned off the fridge microwave and tv . lastly i told the guy at the front and he didnt apoligize or anything like any decent hotel would. i guess that shows how much is cared about the establishment. save yourself from feeling like you got ripped off and sleep in your car you will have a better experience and feel cleaner.
