Advertised as having a bar and restaurant. That is not exactly true. A poolside snack shack that serves alcohol should not be considered both a bar and restaurant.

Poorly lit living room and bedrooms, ac makes loud noise which could not be fixed despite multiple follow ups. Nobody cares about fixing things. They are not supposed to replace toiletries and kitchen consumables despite 5 days stay. It is not an apart hotel as stated in the website. It is a money making racket

This resort was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was a nice feature to make a small meal if needed. I really liked the outside property, swimming pool was nice. In addition, the games for children were an added benefit.

This was our first stay at this location. We just were coming in for a stand up show for the weekend. The place was clean and neat and very comfortable. The customer service was great! The actual building was quiet. We faced the parking lot and Main Street which was pretty loud surprisingly. Nevertheless, it was a good place for a couple or families.

First class hotel. Great pool, large room (suite) with full kitchen. Popular with families so there were lots of kids, which was okay with us. The pool area was busy. And a little loud but is big enough it didn’t bother us. Our room was super quiet. No restaurant.

I will start by saying this property is dated. You'll notice as soon as you enter one of the buildings. BUT - that's where the cons end. The list of pros far outweigh the single con. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room had a lovely view of the golf course and the mountains. Every space we encountered was clean. The location is great. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The staff are fantastic. The common areas are in excellent shape, including the pool area and games room. The pool area has plenty of loungers and a small food and beverage hut. The list of activities put on by the property on a daily basis is impressive. We had with a couple of those activities and thoroughly enjoyed the availability of the games room - board games, foosball, pool, shuffleboard etc. All of these activities and games are included with your stay. I would recommend this property for couples or families and we would absolutely look at staying here again when we return to the Palm Springs area.

We have stayed at the Desert Oasis several times and will continue to come back in the future. Love have a washer/dryer in the unit. Staff is so helpful, especially William, Julia, Cassidy and Brenda.

Perfect stay for our family, with young kids since we needed a kitchen. Our room was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the power one morning in the kitchen they came in and fixed it within 15 min. Friendly staff and nice property. Easy to get around and ample parking. We enjoyed our stay.

First time staying in Palm Springs for a concert and was looking for something comfortable and big enough for my family. Super nice, cute and quiet location. I loved our room since it was so cozy. I recommend staying here 10/10!

Great location, very clean, very quiet, great pool area. Our disappointment was that the lights and fan came on in the bedroom at random, including during the night. Two separate service people came. They fixed it such that the fan did not come on randomly but the light still did. As such we were awoken several times each night when the light would come on. When checking out and pointing this out so that the next guests did not have to experience this, all we go was ...."sorry". Though we did not ask for any compensation, none was offered. Also, the food at the pool bar was totally overpriced for what you got. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and assuming that they will fix their electrical problems, we would recommend this resort.

The unit was very clean and nice for staying more than one day. The kitchen was well outfitted. While we didn’t use what was a very nice pool, there were a number of people that did. We sat by the pool enjoying the sun. Lots of chaise lounges.

Good location, close to airport and reasonably close to downtown and Palm Desert for shopping. Friendly staff, especially the recreation staff are always cheerful and helpful. This hotel is great value for the many amenities provided E.g. Pool tables, foosball, ping pong, board games, pool, hot tub, bbq. The only problem we ran into was our bedroom ceiling light would randomly come on. It illuminated at 12am and 3am while we were sleeping. So second day onwards, we shut off the breaker every time before bed. We suspect it's a wiring issue. The LEDs were hardwired into the fan light so we couldn't take out the bulb unfortunately.
