The front desk people were helpful. The air-condition did not work and since all the other rooms were booked, they were able to accommodate us in another way.

I would definitely stay here again. Best place I’ve stayed in Vegas so far!! High recommend for sure! I ended up going to the wrong property The sister property Tahiti Village. But happens all the time, they directed me to the right address. I thought my 1 bedroom suite was wonderful. Sofa bed separated from the bedroom. It has full kitchen , washer dryer, with 2 showers in one bath rooms. The only bad was the water pressure showers but the room was clean and the surrounding area is centrally located and safe. Lots of restaurants near by. It’s is Near the strip like less than a few miles.

Cockroaches in the entire unit. Was told someone would come up to spray. Two guys came to the unit to say they could not spray as it is a health hazard. Told someone would call me to discuss a plan to move me no communication from supervisor as promised . Asked if sup was available told no supervisor until after 11am. Hotel waived resort fee for $56

Great value for the money. The room was spacious, everything very clean and in good condition. My only complaint is that they charge a “resort fee” on top of the room charge. I think that’s deceptive. They should just include it in the price of the room.

Eviction notices on doors. Air conditioning won’t go below 70. No fans available from staff. Mold in the bath tub/shower. Dirty air filter in room and not even positioned right. Front desk staff very unhelpful. Smelled like something I cannot describe. Only one elevator.

Overall really good. Except we couldn’t shower the water was cold and the faucet was broken. We did inform the front desk when we checked out in the morning they didn’t offer us any type of composition or anything like that, but other than that the stay was good.

Exceeded my expectations! The room was fabulous and clean and beautiful! The pool and jacuzzi were great as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Front desk - great/friendly... Between the mattress and headboard hasn't been cleaned in quite awhile...I wiped the tables down in the room and they were dirty (black)... The area around the hotel is quite interesting...A number of homeless individuals, trash all along the sidewalk and a couple ladies of the night as well... The property isn't horrible, but...

My husband and I stayed here and were happy with the room! It pretty clean, just had some dust in a few corners; it was an entire 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, plus a washer & dryer. The furniture seemed a little older and a bit worn, but it wasn't a big deal. The area wasn't bad, there are fast food options, convenience stores & gas stations nearby. The location of the hotel is great because its away from the busyness of The Strip, but only a few minutes drive if you want go there. Overall, this was a good stay; we would stay here again when the price is good!

While the property is older it is very clean and the staff was very nice. It is far enough from the strip to be family friendly yet close enough to be in on the action. I liked the bbqs and pool area. The kitchen in myvroom was well stocked with cooking implements. All the tools you need.

Check in and out was easy. Located in a decent area where you can still walk to some restaurants and a wallgreens for drinks if needed. Amenities were great and lots of vending machines for snack if not wanting to walk to the stores right next door. Also there is a shuttle to take you to the strip and other spots trought out the day.

No use of pool or spa. No mini golf, paid resort fees and couldn’t do anything. The room was missing kitchen items, shower wasn’t clean. No blanket. Called to request blanket and said it would come… 4 days later no blanket.

On my last night, I got to the room at around 11pm. SOmeone went in my room and took a poop on top of the toilet seat. Seriously, I cannot make this up it was disgusting, I was so tired and had a flight to catch at 5am, called from desk multiple times, no answer. After years of staying there, this is the last time. What a disgusting experience. My room door did not close properly so who knows who went in my room and left their feces. Makes me want to throw up even now

We were in town for a cheer competition, we got in super late the first night and our room smelled of old cigarettes. The front desk was empathetic but unfortunately the hotel was booked for the night because of the cheer competition! The next morning, they called and offered us an upgrade and apologized for the inconvenience! That was amazing customer service!

Hotel is a little dated but clean, comfortable and affordable . It’s great to be off the strip and not subject to the ridiculous prices of food and drinks on the strip. Right next door there is a Denny’s, pizza & Walgreens. Nice to have a kitchenette. The shuttle to the strip is very convenient.

We booked a suite and were surprised to find the unit had a full kitchen and in-room laundry. It was very comfortable. The hot tub was hot one of the nights and luke-warm, at best, another night.

Tahiti was overbooked so they bumped us to Tahiti Village which was another drive plus a LONG wait in line to check in. Once we got our room we absolutely loved it.

Awesome place! We loved it. The only thing that we didn’t like that could be improved was the beds, they were really uncomfortable.

We chose this resort because of the high rating. Boy we're we fooled . You can hear everything in all the adjoining rooms(noisy). We stayed 4 days and 4 nights and never got a visit from housekeeping. The water pressure was bad and the hairdryer was missing. The concierge was never at her desk for assistance. The only good thing about this place was the location to the strip.
