Under renovations so night table in room was falling off wall, too much light coming from bottom of drapes, free coffee in lobby was not connected so had to walk a couple of blocks to get coffee. Nice staff, comfortable beds.

Floors were not that clean, Mold on the ceilings. Bathroom door was damaged. The place is very run down. It just could use some cleaning, And fixing

Rude desk clerk, no hot water, when I asked about it she accused me of being on drugs. If you stay there & want a shower, wake up at 4:00am

The front desk staff esp the lady w/the glasses ( idk her name) is very helpful nice & polite has a sense of humor always making sure ur stay is good anything that needs 2 be fix is done immediately I will continue 2 come here Rooms are in good condition

Don’t ever stay at this place. The management is horrible. The rooms are all smoking even though you got a non-smoking room there is drugs being dealt right in the parking lot and the place is a dirty mess. There is crack pipe that my son found in front of our door, and then there was a domestic dispute that happened where my son couldn’t even get in the car. The property owner I checked out early and he refused to give me a refund.

I was scared staying there. Homeless asking for money or you room key at check out in the parking lot. Fighting from other patrons that spilled out into the walkway late at night. My door did not close all the way. I used the room chair under the handle as security. There was bugs on the bathroom floor. Black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Light fixture dome in bathroom full of dead bugs. My socks were black walking on the floor. I slept fully clothed. The sheets had holes in them. Luckily I had a late check in and a very early checkout. Please don't stay here even the front desk attendant was scary he looked like he had been in a fight with his big black eye and bruised face and not friendly.

It was dirty and old. Toilet seat falling off. Stained pillow case. Stained bath towel.

Rooms clda been cleaner theyve got water damage in 236 some beds were comfy while others too springy Close 2 stores bus stops 4 some like myself whose on a budget this was the cheapest & no sec dep front desk pple were nice

Convenient location, clean but lacking amenities. We wish there was a coffee maker in the room and functional wifi.

Pretty bad place... it appeared clean but my daughter didnt want to set anything down in the bathroom. After seeing overall price on the credit card we were very overcharged.

Very convenient location if you want to shop Wolf Rd and/or Central Ave. Housekeepers are friendly and quick to help. Checking in didn't even take 5 minutes and the overall price is fair for a standard room.

Did not have the room I ordered. I ordered a two Queen non smoking room and all they had available for me was a single king smoking room.

The refrigerator was frozen and didn’t cool…bathroom was dirty. Did like no carpets on floors. The floors were dirty, kid feet were black after walking on it.

On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of on-site free parking. It was quiet. On the negative side, the floor was filthy and there was coffee available only one morning out of four. The lighting in the room was poor.

Too many individuals loitering about. Noisy at night above us and on the outdoor steps. Obvious full time residents dont add to the appeal. Phone in room didn't work reliably ...tried calling front desk and only got busy signals Price was below market per nite and now I know why No staff encounters after check in.

Fine property with friendly staff, but the sheets had grit or sand in them and had to be changed before we could sleep in them. Staff changed them immediately. But something like this should never happen in the first place.

Horrible stains on sheets coffee table bath tub dirty bugs on towels. Bugs on bed. Con webs behind the tv I've never stayed in a place like this in my life I left in 45 minutes told the person at the desk about the problem got told it's a motel and they would give us another room no way was I staying there in any room after the stuff I seen and of course no refund. Because of this place for now on I'm looking at the room before I pay for it

Very nice modern updated rooms. Bed was comfortable and room was open and airy. Plenty of lights and outlets for all your devises. Great room, great price, friendly staff. Will be returning.

The place does not look anything like the pictures on the booking website. It was run down and the non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and even had an ashtray in the room along with the smoke detector being disabled. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor

Stayed 3 nights. Checked in, only to be given room already occupied. Returned to be given new room with key that didn’t work. Did not see anyone cleaning any rooms and mine was not touched in 3 days. The chairs were stained. I put towels over them to sit. The bathtub had burn marks all over the tub. Was given a smoking room with no ashtray. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, instead of fixing it, they used a marker to make it look like the sun, like art. This place should be condemned. Glad you asked. Tim

The woman at the front desk claimed she canceled my reservation as it was pre paid. And they were out of vacancy. I drove 3 hours to my destination asked to use the restroom and was told im not a guest and the bathroom in the lobby was out of service. If I a in a familiar location I would've walked out the establishment. I than gave her my reservation number again she said they canceled my reservations. I got frustrated and said im giving them a bad review, she finally proceeded to asking me my first name and boom there i was. I was in a non smoking room with burn marks everywhere, even on the sheets. I let early the next morning I couldn't bear to be in that place. I even had to place the tv remote in the bag in order to use it was it was extremely sticky upon touch. Not even the soup and water got the guck off. Ive been to Motels before and never experienced such horror!

Staff are great.

This is a low cost hotel but it was clean, well maintained, and quiet. Check-in was easy.
