We checked in, went to the room which was upstairs so we had to go through a vestibule. That area was stained and dirty as well as unsafe. The stairwell was dirty as well. Walked into the room and checked it. We pretty much walked right back out. It was not as advertised at all. Very bad smell, stains all over the carpet. Broken desk chair. Creepy when you drive in. It should not be a hotel by Wyndam. Sketchy people wandering around. No one at reception when we arrived. Had to ring the bell a few times. Just overall disgusting.

The worst hotel we have ever been. To be fare I must say they were having carpet work and it was the last room they had so could not change it. All the furniture of all the rooms was outside in the corridors on the way, we barely could move with the luggage. The room was flr smokers, we specifically booked months in advance a non smoker room. The smell was beyond awful, the manager could just give us some product for killing the smell but dis not do much. We could not open the window because it was night and there were few crazy people around. The towels were a joke, disgustingly brown of dirtiness, thanks we always carry one so we did not use them. The sheets were very dirty and had many hairs, and lots of cigarette burns holes. We though of sleeping in the car. The next day we both had headache of having the smell of heavy cigarette all the night. Not mentioning that anything we took out of the luggage smelled so bad. Awful experience, maybe its nice for a smoker but not for us. The manager was nice anyway and looks like he could not do anything about it.. but who puts dirty towels and dirty sheets? even if it smells cigarette that is not justified at all. Worst night of our life and worst hotel. Avoid it!

This hotel was uninhabitable. Large blood puddle on bed. Cigarette burns everywhere. The couch looked like a body decomposed on it. Door lock was missing. Steps to second floor rotted and ready to collapse at any time. The rooms smell like cigarettes and urine. Crackheads wondering around yelling at all hours of the night. For $111 a night, I wasn’t expecting much but I did expect a clean, safe room. I wouldn’t pay $20 for this place

Bugs in the bed, missing piece of ceiling and walls, cigarette burns all over the bedding. Place is unsafe and disgusting!

It was okay. We didn’t have a screen on our window. The room was very outdated. The overall property seemed old and tired. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

It is a older hotel. Rooms seemed fairly clean although we had to catch at least 6 flies in our room. The sheets were a dingy gray color and had stains. Same with towels. Our door was not straight and had a gap light shown through. No real breakfast food either. Slim pickings. Definitely got what we paid for

Door wouldn't close completely. Refrigerator wreaked of mold. Bathroom door was beaten and there was a hole in the bathtub. When leaving, I alerted front desk to hole and he shrugged and was aware of it.

This place is a dump. Mold, rotting paneling and ceiling tiles. Smelly rooms; animals, mildew in the AC and cigarettes.

Room was a fire hazard no smoke alarm . Wires hanging from ceiling where smoke alarm should be. This place should be shut down.The sink leaked all over floor burn holes in floor bedding sheets stained smell was so bad. I slept with towel over my head. Coffee packets were already opened grounds coming out.

The room looked run down, tears on the chair and holes and stains on the sheets and blankets. We asked to change the sheets. The new sheets that were brought had more holes than the one on the bed. The room smelled like smoke. It was a non smoking room. The bed would go up or down when someone would get in or out of bed. The rooms need to be updated.

The chicken girl last night was amazing. However, the room was terrible. It had cockroaches old food burned bedsheets. It smelled like cigarettes. Dirty towel I was afraid to look in the refrigerator TV turned on with sound but no picture definitely not worth the cost of the hotel. I would get this zero stars.

The non smoking room smelled of smoke. There were cigarette burns in the blankets. Cigarette stains on the sink. The fire alarm was disconnected and missing!!! The screen in the window had a hole in it. The microwave was dirty and smelled like something burned in it. The electric went off for 20 minutes in the morning when we were showering.

It was a Dirty's most disgusting hotel I've ever been in my life. There were cigarette burns on the sink on the shower curtain on the sheets on the pillowcases on the blankets and it smelled like an ashtray!!! it looks like the surfaces haven't been wiped down in years. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been clean in years. There was blood on the sheets!!!The condition of the hotel overall was appalling!!! I couldn't even sleep because I was so disgusted with the place!!!

We did not end up staying at this property. Upon arrival, I actually think there was a drug deal going down infront of one of the middle rooms. I walked into the lobby and it was filthy! The person behind the counter was robotic and outwardly unfriendly. When I was given my room key, a women that was sweeping the lobby floor that had obviously not been swept in a long time actually was sweeping the dirt on to my lower legs and feet. This is not an exaggeration. As my wife and I drove down the parking lot towards our room, two males were watching us the entire way down the parking lot. These are the same 2 guys that I was speaking to when referring to a drug deal. I arrived at the room (#127). It took multiple swipe attempts to get the keypad to unlock the door. I then tried to push the door open and the door became stuck and did not push open. I then layed my forearm into the door to get it to open. Immediately I was overcome by the smell of cigarette smoke. I looked down at the floor and the carpet was littered with stains. I never even continued to set foot into the room. I closed the door and then drove back to the lobby. I said I would not stay there and I was offered a different room. I stated that I wasnt interested and asked for a refund. I was told it was pre-paid and that it was non-refundable. I said fine, I will eat the money because there is no way I was staying there. This place is a disgrace!!

Older building carpet in hallways and stairwells was worn dirty looking. Lot of traffic noise.

I booked what was advertised as a nonsmoking room. When I arrived, the air in the room was suffused with smoke, the floor was very dirty and the loveseat looked like an ashtray. As soon as I saw the loveseat, which featured truly horrifying stains, I left the room — which I'd entered less than one minute ago — and went to the front desk to request a room change. The manager offered to clean the floor and replace the couch, but when I said that that did not address the smoke, he said he would cancel the booking. I happily accepted even though that meant I did not have lodging for the evening. The building has not been well-cared for. The walkway seemed to be quite dirty, the window screen frame on my room was bent, and there was noticeable damage to a column outside the room. Stationed near my room were two plastic garbage bins, one overflowing, neither of which were contained by any sort of permanent housing. Also, I noticed a police cruiser visit the parking lot during my very brief time on the property. I find it difficult to envision any circumstances under which I would return to this property.

Rooms need upgrades ASAP!!!!

The front desk staff (friendly, polite) is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Everything that could possibly be stained was stained (carpet, bedding, towels, etc.). There was black mold inside shower curtain. The restroom would constantly get clogged. The door was not aligning well with the doorframe. The towels were the worst - grey, run-down, smelling like they were already used. When I've asked for another set of towels, I was given just one - which looked white and fluffy - but when I unfolded it, it smelled like vomit!!! First time in my life I've felt less clean after taking a shower than before. I've given this my honest try, but I will never ever be back. I cannot believe I've paid over $100 per night for this...

Dirty,roaches,bedbugs and cigarettes burns on everything. Had a non smoking room but it smelled heavy of smoke. Staff is very disrespectful.

the place was nasty!! giant wet spots on floor, broken locks, broken tv, and sketchy drug deals going on in parking lot.

The property may be being used as a welfare motel.

Staff was nice and bed comfortable but room was very old and couch was very dirty
