The food was subpar and watered down. Yes pancakes and coffee no meat just watery pancakes and coffee. Yogurt and an orange or two. The bed was cool

Carpet was dirty due to remodeling. I saw a roach in my room. Bathroom floor was dirty.

was disappointed that the breakfast was cancelled - due to remodeling? - then at 2:30 in the morning some truck's alarm went off - and continued for at least 30 minutes = so? no overnight person? no security? horrible!

We specifically booked this hotel because it had a breakfast option but they are not offering that. It was very frustrating because hat it wasn’t listed correctly on the booking.

Conveniently located near freeway and Amtrak bus pickup. Newly decorated. Easy check-in.

Outside appearence was not the best. Inside of the actual rooms were nice and remolded to look modern. At first when I came to check in I had come very late, it took a while until someone would come to the lobby to have me checked in. Same when I was leaving, there was no one at the front desk to help until a little while.

Located on a busy street next to a freeway off-ramp, the room has no sound insulation from outside traffic. Entering the parking lot, there is a gated swimming pool green with algae and overgrown with weeds. The lobby is sparse and understaffed. Entry to the rooms is unprotected, the security door is broken. Carpeting is old outdated stained and filthy. Walls are in desperate need of paint and trim. The door to my room was partially obstructed by an old mattress and box spring in the hall. The room is small, no phone, no tv remote, no thermostat. The bathroom trim is damaged, the caulking around the toilet is dirty and stained. The shower drain is clogged and the shower head has no water pressure. There is no ice maker onsite, vagrants, prostitutes, homeless, and drug addicts walk onto the property to rummage through unsecured trash bins, and a weathered soda machine outside next to the front door.

Overall, everybody was pleasant and my room was clean. It was quiet, so I slept like a baby.

If the motel had been $30/night, I would rate it as acceptable (though still dirty and run down and extremely noisy with street noise, freeway noise, upstairs occupant on hard floors). For $100/night it was a disaster.

This first room they gave us was so bad we went to the office and got one that was not quit finished in the remodeling process. It was 100% better but we didn't have a cloths rack for a hair dryer and the beds were hard as rock. I had to go out and buy 2 air mattresses in order to get a nights rest.

Our stay was good since we didn’t stay that long in the room. But property need a lot of attention in the room we stays paint patches in the wall. Shower curtain rod broken not able to closed the curtain. Table broken chair with stain.

Super old and outdated. Mattress is very old and uncomfortable. Windows don’t close properly so you can hear everything outside. Lots of activity inside the hotel until late, paper thin walls .

Mold in the shower head super old beds and sheets. Found a needle under my bed. Ceiling has a super big water damage. After seeing all that stuff I decided to not try the breakfast

Was there on business trip. Arrived at 5:00 and had to wait 20 minutes for the second room to be cleaned. Hotel definitely needs some work. Walls were dirty, porcelain sink was cracked, had to wiggle the toilet handle to keep the toilet from running. Hotel needs a overhaul.

Their property is a run down. It needs an upgrade badly. I found someone’s hair on the bed, and hair in bathroom. However, the bed was comfortable for my back but I felt itchy when I sleep on it. Towels seems clean. Breakfast is all carb. Staff is nice and friendly.
