First room smelled like cigarettes. I requested a non smoking room. Went to the front desk to request a change in room without issue. Second room was much better. The guy at the front desk was nice.

I drove straight through and arrived at 5 am for my Bridal shower only to be curtly told that since check in was at three we were considered no shows and therefore had no room to checkin to. When I booked it did not say I had to checkin before a certain time to be considered a no show. We showed up and our rooms were booked out from under us to not receieve our money back after we were told that we would receive a refund and no refund ever came. The service was terrible, unapologetic and frankly I feel robbed. Never have I received such terrible quality service in my life and I will certainly not be staying at another quality inn in the foreseeable future.

I paid for the room, had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and they wouldn’t return my money. Then they even kept my rewards discount!

The place is nice, close to the highway so there is the possibility of hearing the highway noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Let them know about issues they fixed them immediately.

This place is seriously outdated, not kept in very good condition. They did not service my room the entire three days I was there so I ended up using two shower towels.

Very rude front desk attendant. Refused to give me a receipt for my stay as well as taking $20 out of my deposit for being a lil late on check out. Nowhere in the office does it say they do that nor did the check in staff let me know

The check in guy wasn’t very friendly but the Monday morning guy was very friendly. I felt the room could have some updates in the bathroom but overall I was glad there were no bugs.

This hotel is way over priced. Sheets had blood stains. Smelled horrible. No parking Trash on the floor when we first got in the room. I’ve stayed in crappy hotels before but never paid over $200 with fees.

I first got a room on the back of the building facing the noisy freeway, room smelled of cigarettes and no screens on the window. Got another room by request, quieter front side of building, still smelled of smoke but quieter. There was something sticky on the floor and the toilet flush handle was broken. Except for that it was great. Not

We had no running water the whole night. Had to leave early so we could use the restroom and shower because water was still shut off. No explanation, warning or apology

Check in was friendly but went all downhill from there. Window in room was open and wouldn’t shut, had to slam closed a few times to get it over enough to lock. Sink wouldn’t drain, had huge chunk of mens facial hair stuck. Room faced freeway, heard cars all night. Pool was never clean, green and full of debris and bugs. Cars on property looked as if peopled lived in them. On our second day we retuned to a room that had been cleaned and everything we owned was gone. The maid “mistakenly” thought we checked out. After questioning her and going to the front desk she miraculously brought back our luggage but with no communication to the front desk she threw most of our food and drinks out. Seemed like the items of ours she kept on her service cart were going to be taken home. The only thing the hotel offered was an I’m sorry. Never attempted to get breakfast but it was only waffles, cereal, and juice. When I went to checkout a day early, lobby door was locked and no one available. This property was rather sketchy, unkept and unfortunately not worth the cheap price.

I enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and a safe property. A little dated but I knew that when I reserved it there. It is our 2nd choice when we visit friends in Lake Elsinore.

I was there with my 15 year old daughter on Friday July 28th and the most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. I specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was included. My daughter was attending a softball camp at Rosetta Canyon Sports Complex so she would be needing a healthy breakfast. The only option at breakfast was cereal or waffles, nothing else. So sugar or sugar. I’ve never been to a hotel that advertises breakfast and that was literally their only choice. I asked the front desk and he said there were no other choices. I was so disappointed! No fruit, toast, or anything else except sugar. I then had to go purchase a breakfast for my daughter somewhere else which we didn’t account for with time and money. This hotel should not be allowed to advertise breakfast included. In addition, the room seemed dirty and the comforter had stains on it along with the carpet. We were very dissappointed!

It was dirty my blankets had cigarettes burns the carpet had rips on it. Our complimentary shampoo and conditioner were half empty. Only gave is half a roll of toilet paper!!
