Everything was perfect . We stay during AAU games when our son plays in BG . We will not stay anywhere else . Mr .Patel the owner or manger is very friendly , always try’s to do his best to meet the needs of his customers . Love the cleanliness, friendliness and customer service there .

The check-in person was nice and friendly, however my key did not work on the very first try. So the housekeeper had to trade her key with me so that I could get into the room. The room smelled so heavy of smoke, so I called to the front desk to ask for a non-smoking room and she said they were all non-smoking. Evidently the previous customers did not abide by the rules. So I had to get some room deodorizer just so that we could stand the smell. On the next day when we returned to the room, neither one of our keys worked, so I had to stand in the hallway while my husband went back down to the front desk to get our keys fixed. These things should not have happened.

This is the worst day we have ever had at any hotel we’ve ever been in when we first walked in we could see the dust when we pull back her covers there was food in our sheets when we went to take a bath and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom is a coffee pot did not work. The room was 85+° and we couldn’t get it to cool off so this is the worst stay we have ever had anywhere ever.

I would have gave them 5 stars on everything but the heated pool and especially Hot Tub wasn’t working so if your looking for a Hot Tub call before paying and staying

We got there and the young lady behind counter told us she upgraded our rooms if that was a upgrade i would like to seen the room we were getting for what we paid for our room $100.00 anight should have been better. Remote for tv wouldnt work they came up and couldnt get it to work tv would shut off like it was on a timer. Bathroom was just remodeled and plumbers putty was still in shower not cleaned up silicone was on shower door not cleaned off

Pleasantly surprised after our stay in Vincennes Indiana the night before. Friendly staff, clean room. Slightly dated but well kept. There was a clunk when the elevator went up and down, otherwise no issues at all.

Fire alarm went off at 7am TV was not straight on wall and not really secured, pool and hot tub closed by health department. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and plentiful pillows. The room was clean and neat with dark areas even with all lights on. The bathroom could not be ventilated; only a small fan when light was on and door auto closed. AC billowed curtains to endanger privacy. Not enough parking with trailers taking multiple spaces and parking space lines not being visible so 2 cars parked where 3 could have otherwise. Shaky elevator. Hallways seemed to have sections of soft sub-flooring. Towels were rough, yet absorbent. Mattress provided almost no cushion.

Room door would not open or close properly. Had to use my shoulder to get the dorr opened and then slam it to get it to close. Bathroom door would not close properly as well. Room door had some kind of filler on the outside that looked like it was covering up a hole. Door was brown, filler was white and just slapped on. I would have thought that for $135 a night it would be alot better facility.

The Front Desk Clerk was busy filling up the breakfast foods and wasn't very friendly at all and very rude to people trying to check out and leave.

When i checked into the hotel the room didnt look anything like the pics. One kings sizes bed, no couch. Ehen inasked for a roll away bed for the kid. I was charged $25 dollors a night extra, swimming pool and hot tub was closed by the health department. And the last night i was there a nother guest opend ny room door at 4 am. No i didnt not go to the desk. The new check in realized that somone was in the room and was on his was back down to the front deck. Our room keys was deactivated as well. I will never stay at a super 8 again

The staff is very friendly and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. It was quiet and clean.
The room was dark and there were patched spots on the ceiling as well as dark spots that were brown.

Upset the pool wasnt open. Sign said closed for maintenance. Yet you could see the water moving so the pumps were currently working. Had a sneaking suspicion they just didnt want people in their because of Holley LS Fest was this weekend.
