Everything was really great except for the mattress & the handicap room was at the end of a long hall from the elevator.

I’m driving across the country and looking for reasonable priced hotel. My jaw dropped when I saw the room. Bravo!! However, either give the option to raise the volume of the tv or raise it to a reasonable level. Laying down in bed I could barely hear it.

Easy check-in, comfortable bed but the breakfast was not so great. Got down about 8:15 - there was 1 sausage patty and no eggs. I guess the "server" was cooking more but they did not get into serving dishes for about 15 minutes. Poor guy needed roller skates to replenish everything.......... food - utensils - not sure if this was his usual job but he seemed unruffled while handling it.

Employees are friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, had a bad experience with a lot of noise with the room upstairs from us. They were running around half of the night and we were unable to sleep. The hotel was full with several teenagers and kids and sadly the parents were not being careful enough with them.

It was a nice clean place. I would atay again. Nothing great, but itcall worked out fine.
The breakfast offerings were skimpy, but better than nothing.

Kids running around screaming yelling up until almost midnight. Kids running in hallway. It was too noisy to enjoy the night or sleep

The room was almost clean but a bit smelly but it was ok.
The toilet was clogged as we arrived and told the reception 3 times from 8 am and they sent someone around noon to fix it though it did not get fixed and firstly they refused to give us another room because they were full then they offered us another room which we had to take and that rooms was smoking i believe cause it sounds like some one smoked in there heavily so i had to keep the window open at all time…
The breakfast was just ok nothing fancy.
They also removed one of the bulbs from all lamps i guess to save energy😂
Overall it was a horrible stay.
To be fair the location was good and nearby almost all restaurants and the outlet.

The area was ok, restaurants close by. Several unhoused in the area. Room was not clean, several hairs stuck to the bathroom wall/floor. Also a large blood stain on the side of the toilet. Tub was leaking water all night. Went down for breakfast at 7:30am & coffee was out. Alerted the person working the lobby. She said she would “let them know but it was going to be at least 45 minutes to make more”. Several signs in the parking lot notifying you to “park at your own risk” and that the hotel is not held responsible for stolen items.

The floor was sticky. The shower handle came off in our hand. Forgot me kindle and called them. They stated no it wasn’t there.

My Granddaughter told her parents that our room was "amazing"! That our room smelled great, and she wants to go back. Employees were very friendly & kind.

I guess you pay what you get. I got 2 suites at great prices & I thought since Wyndham is backing up La Quinta, it would be a great place to stay. Oh my, I was so wrong. I gave 3 stars overall bc location is great w/ lots of fast foods & restaurants within walking distances. The outside hotel & lobby look bery nice & clean, the king bed is clean & comfortable & the bathroom's clean. BUT everything else is so dirty: the hallways wall & carpet R dirty. The sofa in the room is dirty & the worst thing is the dresser. It has 4 drawers & there's hair & dirts inside!!!! Ewwww. (I took photos).
Tho 1 good note: I was surprised the free brkfst had sausage patties, scrambled eggs & english muffins w/ sausage gravy.

This hotel is definitely tired and in need of a refresh (outside of the rooms in particular). Lots of noise - both the in-room air conditioner and something mechanical outside the room. Not super clean - a thick layer of dust on top of the vanity light. Breakfast was below average.

easy on/off access to main highway. We got in and out fast.

When we arrived on the evening of the 14th of December the bed sheets were soiled (scabs in the sheets) as they had not been changed. The night manager gave us sheets and pillow cases to change the bed. The next night there was no maid service. The manager did upgrade our room for that night but it we had to pack everything. There was never a manager available who could give us the compensation that was referenced the first night we were there. We called several times and even stopped by again when we were in the area but never were able to speak with a real manager. I told them I was holding back our review pending the promised compensation. Given the fact of zero follow up and no access to a real manager I will not stay there again. I will also think twice about booking anything related to Wyndham. Note, the staff on site did what they were authorized to do, but they were not able to get a response from or contact with a manager.

We were getting breakfast and the lady was throwing everything in the trash, even we were getting some breakfast it was like a race of who was faster in getting breakfast or her throwing the stuff in the trash, this person didn’t care about the guest getting their breakfast. Time was until 9am but if you see a family trying to get their breakfast please lady have some respect or some sense and stop doing that, this was jan 17. I even saw other familys with kids trying to get some food but this lady was so fast putting everything in the trash. Food that the people who pay for the stay could eat at because they were there but she didn’t care.

Stayed for one night for a solo business trip. I was pleased as soon as I walked in: service by front desk was excellent, facilities were clean, most importantly, my room exceeded my expectations. Everything about my room felt clean, even the floors (enough to go barefoot!). It was great having complimentary breakfast the next morning before going to my meeting. I wish the fitness facilities included more than the bike, treadmill, and stairs, but it's not like I had a long trip that required use of the fitness facilities. Overall, would book again if I'm in the area!

There was bloody sheets on the bed, hairs on the covers and all over the bathroom. Trash wasn't taken out. The front desk was nice and moved us into another room, but there was a dead cochroach under the tv program. Skipped breakfast and went to the IHOP bext door instead. If you need a room, stay, but only booked this because the best Western down the road was filled up. Not trying to be cruel, but this was our visit. Good luck
