Quiet, clean rooms. Bathroom was stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap etc instead of the tiny throw away bottles - loved it!

It was a nice staycation. Beds were comfortable and even being on the ground floor street side it was relatively quiet. The morning breakfast was pretty good. Nice selection and quality food items. Great facilities for business and family.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable bed, room smells a bit, probably from cleaning products. Not a fan of the green-hued LED lightbulbs. Some street noise from traffic. Some loud bumping and door-slamming around 1am, which woke us up. Otherwise, a pleasant overnight stay. Central location in Roseville. c a

Overall ok. Chargers for phones not working and problem with tv. Sweety furniture. Toilet seat little loose. But clean and usable for the short time we needed it

The staff were great and the room space was perfect for my family but the hotel is so noisy. Every single street noise would be heard. If you are a light sleeper you will Need ear plugs and maybe a white noise machine to help you sleep.

This obviously isn’t a five star hotel, but it’s clean in a safe area and affordable. Great and going to see concerts at thunder Valley or downtown Roseville. We’ve stayed there twice and both times have been fine.

Great rooms and building, however the faulting smoke detector in our room kept going off with a low toned beeping, and the staff were unable to do anything. That was the only bad thing about the stay.

We got to our room #231 on December 24th there was dirty underwears under the bed with poop on them. THE room really smell like poop the whole stay. Also we found poop on the floor near our kids' bunk bed where they had to sleep. my wife had to go into the restroom and get some toilet paper to clean the poop off the carpet. I went down and told the front desk the lady didn't seem very helpful she said she would send somebody up. The guy came up named Jose which was really nice and apologized and got rid of the underwears that had poop on them and we told him we already cleaned up the poop off the floor. About 15 minutes later after he left our phone rang and it was a lady from the front desk she said she applied 3,000 points to our IHG account which we never use at all so that 3,000 point is useless to us. She said she would have moved us to another room but there was not another room available that was the type of room we ordered. We had the room that had the bunk beds in it so we were pretty much stuck in that room for the night with the smell of poop all night. I think this might have been one of the worst rooms we ever been in I really think our money was wasted and I want to be contacted by the hotel. I have pictures

It was so wonderful to find there was an entrance to local trails right next to the hotel. It was disappointing how much street noise came into the room from the street. Next time we stay there we will request a room facing the dry creek, which will probably be much quieter.

The room I was in was very noisy as I can hear everything outside the door and the window on the bottom floor. I can hear what sound like water, running all hours of the day and night the rumbling of the housekeepers carts down the tile floors, and no hot water for the shower, I had to take a cold shower, which was miserable. Not a relaxing stay at all and I’ll never stay there again.

Stay was good until we wanted a shower to clean up. No or very little warm to cold water. Asked front desk why and they stated that they were "heavily booked and water heaters were cranked to the highest, will be better later". Hotel was not "heavily booked", water next day was even colder, and the new reason was that manager "won't be in until Monday". Will find a new place for next visit..
