We found this hotel as close to perfect as we’ve seen. The young lady at the front desk was beyond friendly and professional, offering directions and suggestions for the local area. The room was big and clean, and the bed was so comfortable

Mattresses sink in the middle. They need replacing. Breakfast is just so-so.

Jennifer was SO helpful when the smoke alarm was beeping in our room, later in the evening. They were booked, so she found us an excellent king room at a new hotel across the street. We were not charged at the second hotel. She invited us back at the Hampton for breakfast, which was very nice and complete, large selection of all their food during the last half hour of breakfast service. We would definitely stay at the Hampton again.

My stay was fine. However my room sink was crack and the counter was crack and look as if someone had tried to patch it back together. The sanitize machines on the first floor, 4th floor was empty. the hotel was not maintain well.

There were hundreds of tiny little bugs crawling all over the desk and wall by the desk. Pool area not appealing needs to be cleaned up.

The room we were provided was poorly maintained. The shower in the bathroom leaked water out onto the floor, the wall paper was peeling everywhere, and we did not receive room service to change the sheets, pick up trash, or bring fresh towels after our first night. We also had an alarm clock in the room that someone had set to 3am, the first night I turned it off and unplugged it after it went off. Assuming unplugging it would have stopped it the second night, it did not. It still went off after being unplugged the second night. When I told the front desk the gentleman was not helpful at all. Basically blank staired at me like "what do you want me to do?". I asked if I could give him the alarm clock and he responded "I guess". So yeah, I gave him the alarm clock. His personal skills and social skills were not up to the level of a front desk person.

Bathrooms are a little worn and in need of updated, but the hotel is clean, the staff was great, the lobby/eating area is updated and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Jennifer, who checked us in, was great! I thought that because of her, the rest of the stay/hotel would be like her: fabulous. But the breakfast was mediocre. The hot tub had algae on the coping. When my husband got up to take a dip in the pool, he had algae on his back. I told the person at the front desk, and she said that couldn't be because the pool guys check it. They don't. Bad condition.

The facility and property need to be upgraded. Room was dingy and needed painting. Bathroom shower had flimsy shower door, definitely not up to the standard experienced at similar properties arpund the country. Very disappointed
