This place needs taking off Hotels.com. The fire alarm is faulty (note posted on the front door) and went off for over an hour in the night. The place looks dirty and run down. Stained sheets and towels, filthy carpets......the list goes on. The pool is almost empty and has a foot of green water in it. The front desk lady was unpleasant and rude. The whole place is awful. Oh, and the taps drip, the toilets run, and the beds are full of other people's hair!

Gotta fix the smell of the facility once you walk in

This "lowtel" is the most horrible place ever!!! It says Quality Inn, but nothing about it was of any quality. Someone had done #2 in our toilet and left the evidence, our bed was broken, the towels had blood stains on them, and someone walked right into our room while we were sleep! We changed rooms and this room had no tissue and the towels were dirty again!! We asked for a roll of tissue and the white lady at the front desk gave us a roll with an attitude stating that that was the last roll she had. My family and I will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn ever again. Avoid this place at all cost.

At check in we were given keys to an occupied room. In the middle of the night someone accessed our room while we were trying to sleep, thankfully we had the secure latch on the door. Hair found on the sheet and pillows, the towels old, stained and very worn. Smoke detector was missing, random holes in the sheet rock and around outlets. Felt very unsafe and dirty. Definitely not worth the $115 price tag, maybe $50. Will NOT stay in a Quality Suites again!

First room not good - no curtain, toilet not flushing well, little hot water, no ice available, breakfast the absolute minimum. Second room was better but a pretty rough crowd staying there even though it was very few people. Would not recommend at all.

Hotel was not at all what the reviews and pictures looked like. Stains in the carpet in the hallway, unpainted walls everywhere, hotel smells like cigarettes and Marijuana, our room has missing carpet, and one of the beds was broken when we got there. Hardly anybody at the front desk our whole stay

The property advertises complimentary breakfast but not once did they have breakfast or coffee any time i stayed. (3 or 4) different times within 2 weeks. Jad to track down personell to see if we could get breakfast and they offered coffee instead.... No ove machines, no vending, no store. Out of luck for drinks and meals

This hotel is absolutely trash and a complete dump! It needs to be shut down permanently. There are several things wrong with this hotel that is hazardous. There’s black, mold, the front door automatic door does not work. You have to manually pry it open and close with your hand, the rooms are filthy and old, the towels are dingy with stains on them, there’s no hot water in the sink or shower so I had to shower with cold water my multiple day stay there, there is mold in the restroom, including around the bathtub, the curtains for the room are trash and barely wants to close, the breakfast is not as advertised. The only thing they offer you for breakfast is waffles and cereal that’s it, which is sad, there was no extra toilet paper in the hotel for when you run out, the air conditioner was trash as well. It did not stay on it kept cutting off. It would only stay on for two minutes at most, and then shut off for about 15 to 20 minutes and come back on even with it being on the on setting, also, the heat setting on the air conditioner only worked for half of the vents heat was only coming out of 1/2 of the vents and the other half was blowing ice cold air, the ice machine does not work on any of the floors, the hallways stink horribly, the bedsheets has stains on them, the pillows are old and flat, the lock on the door did not work, and was broken in half, the elevator did not work, there were stains on the walls, the refrigerator was not clean and had a foul odor, nothing work

I did not stay because the elevators were not working and no tv place was a dump

There was no hot water for the whole two nights. I told the front desk and her response was to take a shower in the night when no one else was up.

This was a quick and easy stay, not really any complaints besides having to shower with cold water, that definitely was a struggle

The breakfast only consists of toast no butter, waffles an cereal the only choices

It was a very nice room the only thing is they advertised breakfast yet theres very limited variety. Its either waffles or toast thats it. Very disappointing

Should have realized with no cars in the parking lot to turn around, but I already had the Expedia reservation. Highway access road under construction, entrance hard to find and dangerous to pull out. Automatic entry doors were broken, had to physically pry them open to get in. No note on them, just had to figure it out for yourself. Lights were off behind check in counter, thought the place was closed down!! Room was ok, but I got my surprise when I tried to take my shower at 5 am and not enough water pressure to make the shower work. I ran the bathroom sink and it had plenty of water pressure but no hot water! Breakfast was a joke, coffee, waffle maker, a few pieces of bread for toast and juice. Run to Super 8 or Motel 6, do not stay here!

Great clean an upkept rooms grass is a little high but overall it was a great place to stay

Was lost, called 4 times to get directions only to have NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE. Entry way was VERY trashy - immediate STINCH was nauseating. 2 questionable persons lurking and LOOKING in the windows of parked guests cars. I had to wait 23 mins before getting out of my vehicle, to "make a run for the door". Once in the door, i waited for frint desk reception but nobody came. VERY uncomfortable, sketchy, unsafe feeling and ended up leaving - ONLY TO SLEEP IN MY COMPANY VAN as it was late and unfamiliar with the area to seek suitable lodging. Ive sinced called the hotel, to request a refund but again have had NO response.

Was black mold in and on bathroom wall, as well with urine and pubic hairs on the toilet seat. The room was not real bad but not real clean i had looked under the mattress and found a old tv dinner someone stashed under there gross. Remote controls for tv didnt work either as well as older lady at the desk was extremely rude an unhelpful

Loved the price and size of the rooms but the first night we lost power after 30 minutes of being checked in, and regained power 5 minutes before the 11am check out time.. i could not even see inthe room or bathroom well enough to pack my things and had to argue for a later check out time... rhe room was filthy the only thing possibly clean was the sheets. Everything even the bedside table was covered in dust, crunbs stains and the floors in the bathroom and main room was never cleaned. There was also no amenities

No hot water. Broken air condition and broken pull out bed.

I had a reservation with two queen bed and they gave me one with king bed and a sofa. And they didn’t even know if the rooms where available or not!

The front receptionist was outstanding. Its getting harder to find any customer service at all, much less good people that try. The cost overall is great for the quality and cleanliness.

Evening staff was great, easy check in very accommodating. Room clean however, bathroom tile was missing and had mold. TV did not work evening help tried to fix and couldn’t. Had one channel only! NO HOT WATER! In the evening or in the morning! NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK IN THE MORNING! LIGHTS OUT! Completely shut down. Housekeeper only one around! No one to help or complain too! The day you get what you pay for and boy did we! Had to cancel our Christmas event because we were not able to bathe. Even at 6am no hot water, 10:30 am no hot water! Sign on front door says IF FIRE CALL 911 their machinery not worki to alert for fire. Will never stay again and please don’t bother to put your pre-typed apology I will not be coming back and will not recommend!

I liked everything.. the pool is out but that was okay because its kind of cold anyway. Other then that everything was great. Will surely be back.

We were not able to check in and had to find another place to stay at 11:30 pm. Upon our arrival at 10:43pm, there was a customer who was on the phone with a manager on speaker phone - We could hear both conversations- he was upset about his people having dirty rooms with roaches or others losing their reservation. During this time, the person behind the counter was answering questions from the manager on the phone or cleaning the counter. There was a switch of clerks, then the new clerk got a phone call and disappeared. By 11:30, after not being able to check in or acknowledged we had to leave and found another place, we had to be up at 6 am for an event the next morning . Would like to someone to contact me for refund.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at. We waited over 30min it’s to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The room was disgusting. The toilet and tub were dirty we had to buy products to clean them ourselves because again no one was at the front desk. The towels were dirty and stained. The floor in the room was dirty. The room was really hot it smelled really bad in there. Breakfast was from 7am-9am and there was no food! Overall I would not recommend staying at this place. If I could get a refund I would!!

No Ice machine, refrigerator in room didn't work...Hotel carpet dirty and smell not so pleasant...morning Breakfast was very lacking of Breakfast...room were clean and comfortable...staff was friendly and helpful...exercise room 💪Awesome

Honestly, it was a terrible experience, hotel maintenance was bad, it looked more like a motel, room was not as clean

A little run down. Scale on faucet fixtures and shower. Towels need replacing. Cleanliness was fine.
