Check in procedure is bizarre. No rooms available until 4pm which means at 4pm there is an extended queue waiting to check in. I’ve never experienced such a bizarre process in all my years travelling. First rooms for check ins are only released by housekeeping at 4pm
Everything else about the hotel is ok. It’s dated and basic but is clean and comfortable.

We had a great 3 night stay.Everything was excellent.The staff were lovely.The hotel was minutes from the beach which was so important to us.We're looking forward to staying again.

Everyone here was SO lovely and helpful. They were bright and cheerful and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly! 10000/10 would recommend. Fantastic stop along our honeymoon trip.

Beautifully decorated rooms, spacious, luxurious & comfortable beds. Walking distance from restaurants & the beach. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Lahinch or going to Cliffs of Moher it’s only 15 minutes away

What an absolute pleasure to visit this superbly stylish seaside hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was ultra luxurious, modern and super spacious. The hotel's excellent location was very central and within easy walking distance of everything Lahinch town has to offer, while also being well situated to explore the scenic surrounds in the area. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing visit with excellent facilites.

The rooms are a bit worn and leisure centre cleanliness could be improved.

Nice hotel in Lahinch. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and the beach. Gym facility was nice as well.

The tub was slippery. As a result I fell in the tub and got a huge black and blue. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful especially when I left my swimming trunks behind Emily arranged for them to be posted to me, went to the post office for me to post them so was really impressed by the effort she went to as not many hotels/hotel staff would do that so was very grateful.

Very pleasant stay — the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also very clean with a nice strong shower. An especially nice touch is the in-room coffee maker that is much superior to the average found in most hotels.

Good location and lovely bar/restaurant. The hotel was clean and all good, very practical. If i was being picky, Id say its a bit of a maze and its full of wood/glass firerated doors that you'd associate with an office block or hospital. Our safe didnt work also but no biggy, very secure hotel with plenty parking. Very comfy bed. Practical but no wow factor for price charged.

I think we had the worst room at the hotel. We were in 304, which surprisingly was on the ground floor right next to the parking lot entry and taxi waiting area. Couldn’t open the windows much because someone could climb right in and you heard every late arrival talking just outside your room. The lights from the parking lot gate shone in the room all night, even through the curtains. The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom door was delaminating at the bottom so probably has some flooding and is on the list for repair. The staff was friendly and efficient and the breakfast was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lahinch is charming little town and the hotel was in a great location. Wish the bar would have stayed open a little later!!

Was clean and great location. Had good food and decorations. Was a bit difficult to get to some rooms with luggage because hotel had confusing passages with many doors.
