I totally recommend staying at Quality Inn if youre in the Kenai area! The staff is great! Very accomadating, nice and helpful! Everything was clean, even the lobby. Someone was always mopping up the salty footprints from outside. The pool and hot tub are also clean, and warm! The breakfast was hot and handmade! The man that works in the breakfast room is welcoming and very helpful. He makes sure you have eveything you need! This needs to be the #1 place on your list for stays in the Kenai area!!

We booked our stay here for the pool....the pool and spa seemed like it may have been out of balance with its water treatment. My skin was red and patchy after getting out--even with a shower and moisturizer. The rooms have paper thin walls and are just generally pretty tired looking. The staff i interacted with were all friendly, with the exception of ine front desk worker I had to speak with following an unsolicited call to the room from the "manager" requesting my credit card number--of course i declined and headed to the front desk to figure out what was happening. When I shared the odd experience, the front desk worker and three other workers who were just standing at the front desk stared at me blankly, said "yeah, its a scam they do that all the time" then went back to texting on their cell phones. All in all I wouldn't stay here again. For the price and location there are better options and the pool just isnt worth it at all.

When I first entered the room it had a strong musty odor to it. With time, I adjusted to the smell and didn’t notice it any more. Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to remodeling.

The complimentary breakfast and dinning area was very nice. I enjoyed the hot waffles, and sausage. Hubby liked having scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. The hot tub was actually hot and the pool was refreshing afterwards. The bed and pillows were great!

The dual hot and cold pools are such a draw for my kids. The breakfast is good, and it means i don't have to go searching for breakfast in the morning or stop in at a fast food joint.

Everything was nice and what I expected, even has multiple options for breakfast! But the shining star was the hot tub! Super deep, super big, wonderful! Only negative was no elevator, but it is only a 2 story structure.

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more items than the usual continental breakfast would have including eggs, bacon, sausage and Belgian waffles. It was tasty and Staff was there to help if need be.

The hotel was dirty as well as our room. The variety was stained and the bedding had stains. The pillows were small and awful. Our bathroom was dingy. The iron didn’t work and the hair dryer was broken as well. Our fridge freezer wouldn’t close and missing side bracket. There was also several young adults who appeared to be doing drugs in there van kept coming in and out of the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot. It made us feel uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was cold.

We love Kenai and the location is good and very accessible. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Beds were comfortable. We could hear other people, but it was quiet after it got late. Bathroom could use some mildew treatment. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The room was located on the second floor and was tidy and well stocked, but smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We opened the window to air it out a bit but quickly realized it just above the employee smoking area. When I tried closing the window the lever that pulls the pane broke. We let the front desk know but no one came to fix it. Employees were out there smoking and chatting about every 20 minutes. After waiting and waiting to have someone send maintenance to repair the window, my husband just repaired it himself. The stuffy warm air was better than the constant second hand smoke smell.
