It is a smaller complex, quiet and only 10 stories. Breakfast each morning was very good and excellent staff.

This property is in the perfect location. Right in the center of everything and walkable to almost everything. Great shopping, dining and attractions within walking distance. No rental car needed. The property looks a bit old/dated but is very clean and has everything you need. Breakfast daily was excellent.

What a pleasure it was to stay here the night. A beautiful building housing a lovely and somewhat quaint apartment complex.
Our apartment was welcoming and generous. The breakfast room was a real treat. Whilst it may not have been the buffet breakfast that we expected, it was still delicious and we left full and satisfied. The two servers on that morning were delightful and their service was second to none, a real highlight.
We will be going out of way to stay here again. Central to everything. Southbank and Suncorp both within walking distance. What a stay!

A late night check in with an early morning departure. The Hotel has a European vibe. Clean. Stylish. Complementary full breakfast. In a city with sparkly concrete boxes the Manor has charm and comfort. The offsite parking is a little complicated but not terrible. An easy choice. One I’ll make again.

It had a nice feel to the place. The breakfast included was very handy too.
The apartment we stayed in needed a bit of an update, paintng patches etc. And there was a bit of a stain on the couch - It also clould do with a bit of an extra clean in the kitchen.
Otherwise great - will probably stay again.

Property is very old and outdated but if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room then it serves its purpose. It is a good central location. Breakfast is very disappointing and very misleading in their advertisement. Nothing gourmet about their breakfast!

I loved that after our long stay in Australia i chose this hotel to decompress and reorganize before we left. I didnt schedule much to do for us so we could just relax and this hotel was just the place. We had a full kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms and a separate room for the kids. There were great restaurants, great parks nearby, and great stores to choose from to gather necessary items for our way back. I felt at home here and it was just what we needed. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast ladies were such gems. So glad we visted. Thank you

We had a short but enjoyable stay at the Manor hotel. It’s location is ideal for a city stay being close to shops, restaurants and the river. We were also surprised to find that breakfast was included, particularly as the choice and quality was very good.
The apartment was cleverly designed and everything worked as it should, I felt the decor was a little drab, but that is just personal taste.
One thing to note is that this is a city centre apartment hotel and as such the reception area is very small. Nonetheless the ever helpful receptionist looked after our bags until we were ready to move on. She then arranged a taxi for us, 10 out of 10 for service delivered with a smile.

We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of 2023. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Everything is wonderful except the air conditioning controls didn't work sometimes.
If we have an opportunity to visit Brisbane again we will use this hotel.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location, staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, room was compact but very nice, clean and premium-feeling. One of the best hotel showers I've used. Would love to stay here again.

Great location. Did NOT like the fact that parking isn't included in the overnight rate. Between my partner and i we ended up paying $240 for parking over the weekend whilst staying at the property even though we did not use our cars at all whilst there.

These apartments are in a great location just above the Queen St Mall. The bed was super comfy, the staff were helpful and the included breakfast was nice. I will stay here again.

Absolutely love the Australian indigenous art collection adorning all hallways. Staff were lovely. A real home away from home in the heart of the city. Excellent location and very quiet.

Booked a 1 bedroom Queen apartment; got a tiny studio room the needs urgent refurbishment. Paint chipping off walls, scuff marks unattended, room was clean but unfinished preparing for next guest, only small amount of soap and conditioner left, toilet roll needed replacing.
Property has no facilities, ie gym, pool, spa or cafe.

Great location and will stay here again but our room a little dated. Scaling in jug is not a pleasant thing to see when wanting to make a cup of tea. Possibly isolate issue.

The Hotel was very convenient to the Mall and Central Station. Only disappointment was my room had a bad odour and had to run aircon and open windows.
