Our stay was excellent and we will definitely be back.

The elevator was not working and we was on the 4th floor and i habe copd. Had we known before hand we would not have stayed and there was no canceling cause then we would be charged for that. The bed was also uncomfortable.

The room was nice. The mattress and pillows were one of the best we’ve stayed at. The problem was the elevator didn’t work the entire stay. No one mentioned it except for a sign that stayed up the entire weekend. We had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs!! I’m glad we didn’t have our elderly parents with us. For the price we paid I would expect the elevator to work. Not to mention an ‘I’m sorry’.

Room was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Man at the front desk was extremely confrontational, rude, and was trying to talk down on my family and I. We also picked up two more pillows from the front desk (same worker) in which he gave us pillows without pillow cases.

Was shocked by the $150 incidental charge for one night. And the front desk charged the wrong fee. Took about 1 hour, a wait for the manager followed up by an additional charge on my card. Overall, very disappointing since I normally have an easier check in using a 3rd party. This is my 2nd visit and will not have a 3rd.

Our room was great! The breakfast was very good!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only suggestion I have is bacon on breakfast bar.

We did not care for the TV service. We do Not watch Newsmax,a conspiracy Station. You should be able to watch Real News.

I have to go back to Lebanon in the Christmas and I will return. I loved my stay at the hotel.

Great experience is this Holiday Inn Express. Spacious room for two, very clean bathroom. I will stay again if I’m back in the area.

We had a great stay. Check in was quick, and front desk was very helpful. Breakfast and the pool were great also. Checkout was easy also.

Super clean and comfortable. Loved the black out shade! Only thing that could have made it better was a exhaust fan in the bathroom! Will stay at this property again.

The only problem was the air conditioning in the middle of the night sprayed a wet mist on everything sheets and bedding was wet .

I am not sure the name of the lady who checked us in, but perhaps she needs a little more training in dealing with customers. She lacks social skills, did not acknowledge guests properly, and not once gave us eye contact, didn’t even introduce herself. We usually stay at Marriott hotels and know that we will feel welcome because we get excellent service so our check in process at this hotel was disappointing. Another instance that made me feel uncomfortable is the fact that we locked ourselves out of our room when heading out for breakfast. My teenager son went to ask for a key and all he had to do was give the room number. He was not asked for any other type of verification which means anyone could have obtained a key to our room. The property overall was great and well maintained. Our breakfast experience was wonderful and Joanne and Paulina did a great job maintaining things stocked and clean the whole time.

Every time we stay is great.Breakfast is excellent and Joann and Crystal are friendly and very accommodating.This time our only complaint was our last night of a 6 night stay was parking.This needs to be addressed. We had to park at the neighboring hotel. Four big trucks took eighteen spots.

Professional staff and conveniently located to other service providers.

There was long black hair on both of our towels, the washcloths had crusts on them. I was disgusted. There was no one at the desk at check out to complain to.

Absolutely the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered.

Just what we needed after ten hours in the car. Friendly faces and a comfortable bed. Then we were sent on our way with a hot breakfast to get us through the day.

This stay would have been perfect except that they end breakfast at 9:30 on Sundays (that's too early after a weekend trip). The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable.

Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and the best breakfast ever!
