Rooms were very loud with thin walls. Also they were very hot even with radiator off and window open.

Had high hopes for this location after seeing the photos but this is clearly a beautiful property that has been poorly maintained.
Nothing in the spa was functional. When we notified the front desk they said they would dispatch someone but over an hour later nobody had arrived.
If booking just assume no sauna and ice cold roof pools. Everything was in disrepair and lagging behind. Dirt piles in the rooms, hair from past guests and just overall lack of effort from the staff.
For this price point in Puerto Natales I have much higher expectations. I hope they can make serious renovations and bring this location back to its former glory.

They have good marketing, because the photos look amazing, the hotel, not so much. Our “suite” barely qualifies as a room. The spa was a joke and kinda gross. For what we got $184/night was staggering. The staff was nice, but the left the room unlocked after servicing it each day (regular key). The restaurant was ok, but freezing cold. The view from the room was good, but overall a waste of money.

Room floor was not very clean. Hair from previous guest was visible in the floor. Found a Crumpled old tissue paper under the nightstand.

In general hotel offered less than expected. Room is large but shower very small and dark, Breakfast too simple with no much options. The positive is the location, in downtown close to restaurants.

Hotel was ok maybe not quite as good as advertised and for price. Small shower and bathroom. Wi-Fi had issues. Staff were great. A little different looking rooms than typical hotels.

Room was tiny an horribly laid out

Friendly and helpful staff. Great room

We stayed in several places since this trip was longer, but the breakfast was good, the place is clean and the staff is friendly, we would stay there again. the view from the rooms was gorgeous as well

We had a junior suite with a excellent sea few. To bad that the hotel at this level doesn't have free coffee and tea in the room, nor does it have a small fridge

I will absolutely never stay at an Indigo Hotel. I had three upsetting experiences at the Indigo in Puerto Natales as well as at another Indigo in the USA. At Puerto Natales, the was bathroom uncleaned. The shower had mildew and hair attached to the walls. The area surrounding the sink was also dirty, so I went out and but some cleaning supplies and did it myself. The breakfast was totally sub-par. The fruits were rotten, and the cold cuts were awful. The only semi-decent item in breakfast was the cappuccino, and it was the only thing one could drink. But what got me most upset, was the disappearance of a beautiful brand-new beanie from the side of my bed. This is totally unacceptable. I brought it up, and it was totally dismissed and ignored. Thus, I want to warn potential customers. The experience was a negative one, especially where you feel your belongings are not safe at all.

Check-in was super fast, they let us stay for late check-out. Room was big and clean.

Beautiful modern set up with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice location 5 min walk from downtown and restaurants.
They packed our breakfast which was delicious and included items which are not free in breakfast menu. Also, helped me with stores and directions to buy smoked pepper.
Highly recommended!

Great stay! Front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. They packed us an amazing breakfast for the day we started our trek and called a cab for us. Rooms were clean, great views, comfy beds, nice rain shower. We liked the spa. The water was warm but not hot, felt great on tired muscles.

We stayed here after a hiking trip in Patagonia. This awesome hotel is in a great location with great views!

Minuses. Very poor breakfast & service. Some staff unfriendly. No safe in room. No fridge in room. Wine expensive at dinner.
Room small for a junior suite.
Pluses. Nice views. Good location. Comfy bed.

THIS IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL IN ANYBODY'S LANGUAGE. The room has no aircon, no desk, no chair, four very small shelves to store clothing, nowhere to put suitcases and barely room to walk around the bed. The window is held open by a piece of wood. It has flaking paint, caked on dirt on the toilet floor and stains all over the shower floor (I have photos, but not sure how to post them). I would expect better from a back-packer hostel, and this was $300 per night!! It might have been acceptable at half the price. We endured four nights and I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. We would have moved out but could not have got a refund. The location was good with lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were OK. The included breakfast was OK but not great. Overall, our stay here was extremely disappointing.

Perfect location and a very neat space with a nice breakfast spread. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was very cool, especially all the materials the building was made out of. The view from our room was great as well as the location. The staff was extremely accommodating and the hotel breakfast was awesome. There was a bathtub in the room but there was a lack of hot water.

Great facility (spa) but overpriced for what it is

This hotel is not worth the money nor their four stars! Firstly our room was very dirty and the quality of the shower was disappointing. But what bothers us the most was the misleading photos of the spa opposite the reality. The spa was also very dirty, you could tell by all sorts of things (dirty floors, dirty windows, dirt in the swimming pool), ..., the wellness is not maintained, there was a lot broken (the sauna doesn't heat up properly, the outdoor jacuzzi is empty, the men's showers didn't work, the fireplace didn't work whereby it was to cold for a welness space, some of the jets in the jacuzzi were broken, ...) Also the water in the "pools" were to cold and the layout and look of the wellness is different from the pictures on the website. We felt cheated. When we asked to speak with the manager we had to wait until 11 pm which we didn't because we had to go to bed early but this too was poor service.
Also in the restaurant out of the 16 dishes, only 4 were available.

It is a unique property. Right on lake. Can walk to town center.

Fantastic stay! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and there are numerous special touches that make for a great experience. I have stayed here before, and will definitely stay here again!

Rooms are great. Nice decoration and great location

The room, the location, the views and the amenities were all great but the real stars of this hotel is the staff. Nicolas the manager so very helpful and helped us get the most out of our short trip. he organised the tours and made great suggestions prior to us leaving home. the trip was faultless. couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Wonderful friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Hot water, great wifi, ane comfortable beds.

Had a fantastic stay at Noi Indigo! Everyone was extraordinarily nice and welcoming. We booked several activities through the hotel, which were also very well done. Special shoutout to Nicolas for booking the activities and to Jose and Eddie for taking us on the excursions.
The hotel itself is "modern rustic," right on the water, and quite comfortable. Highly recommended!

Sauna, English-speaking staff, very clean rooms. Breakfast is included and calling for a taxi is easy enough.

Really cute hotel with a great vibe and the restaurant was delicious!

Very nice hotel but maybe could be better.
Small rooms.
The reception staff were not very helpful nor friendly.
Great view and location being very walkable to many of the sights in town and restaurants.
The on-site restaurant was wonderful and I would highly recommend, although it is not a "cheap eat."
Although I would recommend this hotel, I think that there are aspects, such as the reception staff and lack of in-room wi-fi, that they could improve upon.

The views are beautiful and the beds are comfortable, but unfortunately thats where the positives end. It is hugely overpriced for what it is. The room is noisy and it was difficult to sleep sometimes, both from street traffic and hearing other guests through the paper-thin walls (could hear guests talking, having a shower, even phone getting a text in the middle of night!). Staff were also disappointing (although restaurant staff are good) - we emailed ahead to organise tours of Torres del Paine and when we arrived they had clearly not put any effort into helping us organise this and actually replied to our email with options AFTER WE LEFT!!! Spa and sauna area also not as nice as what the pictures look like. Sauna is not a proper sauna and is nowhere near hot enough.
Overall, disappointing. If this is your one 'splash out' in South America, choose somewhere else!

Excellent location, friendly staff at reception. Recommended.

NO AC in our room it got warm real warm.
Hot water was out do to construction so after a week of hiking cold showers and the hot tub was cold. Part of the reason we book the room was the nice spa facilities. Staff couldn’t really care less when mentioned it twice.

Great hotel with nice staff and excellent breakfast buffet

Great hotel. Felt very natural. Awesome rainhead shower with the first really hot water I've had in chile! Comfy bed. Good location. Shampoos smelled spa like and realky nice. All rooms have a view of lake and mountains. Adjoining doors a bit noisy when opened, but minor.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Noi Indigo Patagonia - primarily because of the surroundings, but the hotel met all of our needs. Some people have written about the rooms being small, but we found them adequate and we loved the design. The location is terrific - most rooms look out on the water and the mountains - and, a plus for us, a skateboard park that was a constant source of delightful interactions involving children, dogs, parents, couples....The hotel arranges excursions that are pricey - I don't know how the prices compare to other companies but it might be worth investigating. One excursion they offer is worth checking out if you are hikers and want to see the Andean condors - we climbed to a bluff and had magnificent views of both the mountains and the condors - about nine of them circling down to see what we were up to. All in all, while the price of the hotel is on the high side, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

It was nice on the website it looked like there was a pool but when we got here it was only a hot-tub. there was nice people i like doing hikes.
