I really wasn’t able to sleep or stay. I tried to cancel because I was so scared for my safety. But I couldn’t so I stayed as long as I could to rest and left after a couple hours.

Even when you stay at the hotel you have to pay fullprice for parking

Hotel was convenient for the conference i was attending. Everything was great until they broke my luggage while holding it after check out. They claim to not have went through my bag but they also didn’t provide any compensation for their mishandling of my bag. Not even a I’m sorry.

this property was great. I was amazed of staff attention as well the options and ammenities. THey solved any issue that we have and were open for things that usually other hotels dont. I had a red eye, and I was lucky my room was ready before check in. In other hotels they will just bump you until 3PM. Front desk was nice with me at 4 am at check in and check out

This property is in dire need of new mattresses and pillows. Roughest night I’ve had in a LONG time. If it wasn’t for that it’s a 5 star across the board.

The room was clean and hotel was the clean. I dont think the heat was working in my room . I had it set to 75 and it was cold.

There were minor issues with the room, like a baseball-sized sticky spot on the floor, stains on the comforter and the smell of smoke coming from our bathroom the first night. But minor issues and our stay was still fun

Helpful staff and clean accommodations, but couldn’t compensate for the light and noise from the parking garage. My room was on the second floor facing the parking garage, and had sheer curtains. There was nothing to block the light from the open parking garage, so the room never got dark enough to sleep in. In addition, the people hollering, the beeps from car alarms, all made the room terrible. The staff was nice, the toiletries were sustainable (yay!), breakfast was better than most hotels in this range, and everything was clean. Get a room that faces the convention center!!!

The room was huge. And one thing I love, when I visit hotels, is when they leave “plenty” of towels and wash cloths for a few days - especially when turn down service isn’t daily anymore. This Hampton Inn left 4 days worth!
In addition, the hotel was fantastically convenient for my conference at the Gaylord and other restaurants in the area within walking distance. When I come back to DC with my family to visit, we will be staying here. 100%.

Great location at a reasonable price and very quiet for a hotel. It seemed busy in the lobby but didn’t hear any of the normal noise I hear when trying to sleep at hotels. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at that hotel three or four times and it’s dirtier than before and the front desk staff is not friendly

Everything was great except the body wash for the shower hadn't been refilled. We always carry our own in addition to the hotel.
