This is a wonderful property! They have completely remodeled all the rooms! Floor 1 is still being finished but other than that the beds are super comfy, the kitchens are new and all flooring and bathroom remodeled! I highly recommend staying here! The staff was wonderful as well:)

Brand new room. It’s in the process of a remodel. Free coffee and tea and apples and bananas. Nice store onsite. Kitchen was fully stocked with brand new everything. Close to the freeway and many fast food places.

We were visting our son at the U of A. Our stay was good, and the location is excellent. They are in the process of renovating, but we were in a room that was renovated, and it was nice. The beds were awesome and the kitchenette came in very hand. I would definitely stay here again.

We had one of the newer renovated rooms. The room looked SUPER nice. The front desk person was super nice. I forgot her name but I remembered she was from California. Overall I really liked the hotel and will be back again.

Wouldn’t let my daughter stay! Age on one site says 18 to check in. Property turned away my daughter!

Customer Service by front desk was outstanding.

Staff was fabulous. The bed was comfy and the location was super convenient. My only complaint would be that our room had a smell. It was like old fry grease? Not sure if it was all the room or if the person before us cooked something.

Our service was great. The person at desk did an awesome job , she checked us in but mostly helped us with several issues super friendly and efficient. She made our stay be way better. Only complaint was water pressure and some need in updates. Great stay for price.

We were in town for a football game. The location is really good. Parking was good. The staff was excellent and helpful. We liked the room.

The front desk receptionist, I think she said her name was Ariel, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond with the best customer service.

Nice hotel. Just what we needed. Very clean and pleasant.
We will stay here again.

This hotel is close to the University which is very convenient to visit and attend events with our son. The staff is always very friendly and takes care of any needs we may have. The hotel is outdated and needs repairs. We have stayed in several different rooms over time and each one seems to have had some flooding or water damage. The furniture is worn badly and the recliners don't work properly. Despite these issues, the rooms are clean. The hotel is making some updates but not in the room we recently stayed in hasn't had any yet. I do believe the friendly staff, convenience, and cleanliness is the deciding factor that we will stay at Candlewood again.

Would have liked a continental breakfast.

Room smelled old. Chairs in the room were ragged looking. I paid way too much for the condition. Bed very uncomfortable. I will not stay there again.

Candlewood had a minor flood and could not accommodate our reservation. However they found a place for us in a more expensive hotel and covered the difference. We were traveling with my son and his wife. Although their room was not affected, they made the same arrangement for them as well. Great job, Candlewood.

i had a reservation through Expedia. I arrived with my two service dogs and was refused a room, as no pet friendly room was available. I met with the General Manager and explained he was required under the American’s with Disabilities Act to provide me a room available to any other guests, as the dogs are not pets. He informed me that he did not care what the ADA required, the dogs were not staying. A complaint has been made to Candlewood Suites corporate office but have received no response. Complaint ha also been file with DOJ as it is a violation of federal law,and also with the AG of Arkansas.

Not a good experience says pet friendly, but they charge you $75 for pet fee per night and the rooms they put you in with the pet smells like dog pee very unpleasant not happy with Hotels.com either for not giving good information on hotel and not please with the hotel for their Check in service room, cleanliness and overall don’t care attitude. I won’t be back not at all what I expected not at all as stated in the Hotels.com app. The room smelled of P and carpet was dirty floors are sticky. Lounger chair was torn up. I’d like a full refund.

Our stay was wonderful. Clean suite, friendly front desk girl. Close to stadium drive. We could have walked to our destination to watch volleyball games at the University.

The hotel was close to the stadium and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the free shuttle they offered to the stadium! It was a wonderful surprise service they gave. The food voucher at Jimmy’s Egg was delicious.

Undergoing remodel, but chair in room was completely ripped. Room had smell to it. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Good location in proximity to restaurants and short drive to university.

I checked in in the early evening. The room was stuffy and the air was set on 73. I turned the air down to 68 and left for about 2 hours for dinner. Upon return, the room was still reading 73. It was damp and not cool. I asked for another room but was told it was full. I then checked out and stayed elsewhere. I paid AT THE HOTEL upon check in but was told would have to get refund from hotels.com since that’s where I booked. I called hotels.com and they could not get through by phone to the hotel. The representative said I would have to get refund from hotel since I paid at the site.
He supposedly sent an email to the hotel since couldn’t get through.
I am now mad at this point.

The hotel was ok, but the bed in our room was not comfortable at all. There was no ice in the entire hotel. The room couch was caved in. Location was good.

The property is nice enough, the room is clean. It’s very dated inside the rooms. I was upgraded to a suite, it had a full-size refrigerator and icemaker, which was nice , appliances were older. The building itself is surrounded by some construction going on so parking was a little limited at the time. It is just down the street not too far from University of Arkansas which made it convenient. I would probably stay here again. The price was reasonable, the location was convenient, it’s not the newest hotel on the block, but it works for a weekend visiting your kid.

Exactly what we needed. Clean rooms, friendly service and good location

Construction next door made entry to the parking lot a little difficult. Business center is permanently closed. Staff is courteous.

The hotel would have been ok but when entering the room it smelled like peppers and smelled that way the 2 days i stayed. Also when looking through the pans to see what they offered, they were dirty and one was missing. I did get a coupon for free breakfast at Jimmy's Egg when i told the receptionist about the smell and dirty pans. She did also offer to move rooms but it was late and i had a lot of stuff and the room itself was clean so I declined. I was also disappointed that there was no oven. I've never gotten a hotel with a kitchen and maybe it's standard but I figured when they said full kitchen that included an oven.

Furniture was scuffed and room had a smell taht wasnt fleasing but the clerk at check in was super nice and helpful andthat was enough for me to give it an excellent rating.
Construction around the property made parking a challenge.

We stay at the Candlewood Suites frequently when we are in Fayetteville for baseball games. For the last several months, a construction project between the hotel and the busy 5 lane street it sits on has taken over and obscured its driveway. The hotel has no signage on the street to direct you how to get in to it. It is a hazard and needs to be corrected..
