Great stay, wasn’t get to on a trip from Florida to Ontario. Service at the restaurant was top notch, we booked here because it had a restaurant and would recommend for sure!

Very clean and fresh rooms. The bathroom was much nicer than most of the hotels I’ve visited over my many years of travel. The restaurant and bar also exceeded my expectations. Staff were very helpful.

So clean! The room was spacious and spotless. The beds were so comfortable. Everyone was as nice as pie. Breakfast was delish, the servers were so sweet. Big shout out to Kyana( I hope that’s right). The manager was so nice to us, but, more importantly, his interactions with his employees was just as respectful and kind. If I’m heading that way again, I’d definitely stop there.

Was surprised how fresh and new everything looked. The bed was great. The bathroom was pretty with now mildew or fungus.

Decent hotel with nice front desk and restaurant staff. Housekeeping was slack. When I first checked in I was given a room that had not been cleaned. The clerk corrected that and graciously gave me two breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. My room was not cleaned one day (they advertise daily cleaning). The next day, the cleaning was half done. Towels were not hung up, not all dirty towels were removed, no toilet tissue refills, and not liners in the garbage containers. Restaurant staff was very nice. Good location.

We asked to be assigned a room in a quiet area. On our floor was a large group of teenagers who yelled all night.

Nice hotel with clean ample rooms, good service and nice common areas. Comfortable bedding. Service is very friendly and a good place to stop over if you are driving along I95.

All the accommodations were clean and operational. (Not always the case in competing brands). Nice that the facility has a restaurant and bar. Employees very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Nichole in the restaurant for her excellent service.

Great experience at Holiday Inn in Rocky Mount North Carolina. The facilities were clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable.
The Hotel has a bar and restaurant.
We made new friends along the way. JB the Bartender was outstanding. Will stop here again.

Had to check out at 2 am and get medical attention due to allergic reactions.

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. All the staff interactions were fantastic, even with a late check in they were extremely helpful.

Clean rooms, great staff. Bed comfort is a personal issue, a little stiff for me but overall very nice establishment.

Super friendly staff, nice facility located right off 95. Rooms were a bit musty and one of the reasons we chose this location over the others was the indoor pool for the kids to burn some energy after a long day of traveling. I've never seen a worse hotel pool. Chipped paint and the coldest water. Kids were so disappointed and I wished I had known this before booking the stay.

Facilities were beautiful and clean. Room was clean and comfortable. We were also able to pay $5 for breakfast for 2 at the hotel. Should be included in the stay. Cracker Barrel is next door and people that don’t get breakfast included would be silly not to go there. Keep your travelers fed and happy!!

I appreciated the willingness of Ms. k to help me out in a tough situation. Ms. K was patient and took the time to find a solution for my problem. Upon arrival the check in process was completed with ease and professionalism. I especially enjoyed the friendliness of the young man who checked me in I didn’t get his name but the entire team were great. The food and staff in the restaurant were amazing as well. Keep up the great work everyone!
