Stayed here one night for a wedding nearby. Room was clean and warming when we came in. Room was quiet. We were upgraded to a suite! Very nice. Great breakfast the next morning

The smoke alarm battery began chirping and woke us up in the night after we had fallen asleep. We had to get redressed and my husband had to play maintenance man to stand on the bed and change out the battery himself. There was no apology for the inconvenience from the front desk staff or really much customer service at all. Then the shower curtain on the handicapped accessible shower was too short and covered the entire bathroom floor with water. This all for $164 a night. This is just a poorly managed second rate hotel.

Nice appearance in the lobby, nice fire pit on the patio. Good prices however due to the smoking etc.
I will not return due to smokers are allowed to smoke on the property on the front pork snd lots of cigarette butts seen. This greatly affects people coming and going. The elevator smells of smoke. The breakfast was not good, they use styrofoam products. Staff were really nice.

Great value in a good location for Flat Rock and Hendersonville. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was incredibly clean with lots of attention to detail. The indoor pool is small but made two children very happy. We loved our stay here and will be back!

This place is amazing!! The employees are very friendly, and the place is cozy and spotless. Breakfast was great and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. This is the best place to spend your vacation!!! On the personal note, we left a sentimental item behind, and they tracked down and shipped it to us in Florida. Thank you!!!

The staff were so welcoming and the cleanliness was excellent. The WiFi did not work for most of our stay but everything else was excellent .

Loved the kitchen set-up and the beautifully appointed room and lobby. Liked that it had a bathtub which many hotels seem to be moving away from. The whole place has a warm, cozy feeling to it. Comfortable bed also. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hope to return!

The place was an amazing gem in the heart of Hendersonville. Very clean, spacious, staff were nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was the quality, flavor and selection of their breakfasts. We hope that this could improve. We are set going back but will be using the in-room kitchennett to prep breakfast if ever.

The Lodge at Flat Rock was truly amazing. The staff gets a five star rating from us. We are from Texas where customer service is starting to decline, so it was truly a delight to be well taken care of at The Lodge. The day we were to check out I called the front desk and spoke to Scott about a later check out and he was so accommodating and knew my name! Very impressed with everything The Lodge at Flat Rock had to offer. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here!
